Went to Cicis Pizza to celebrate my nephew’s birthday and was immediately impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and then we met Eric! I have worked in customer service for over 3 decades and that is always the make or break for me. Eric was fantastic! We had a large chaotic group of 12 but he was so calm and patient while checking us in. While selecting from the buffet he was super attentive to the line making sure food quality and freshness were not compromised as well as maintaining a clean line. In the midst of that he also checked in with each adult to make sure we were good…that is great service! We even had a liquid spill and he was prompt with getting staff to get everything cleaned up and when that was done he checked in to make sure we were good and cleared our table all with a smile on his face! That is above and beyond and that is the key to customer service…attention to detail and anticipating your guests needs! Well done! I am not sure if he was the manager but if not he should be and if he is this manager needs to be a district or regional manager! I NEVER leave comments but his service was definitely next level! I have never eaten there because I made assumptions about the food and service. I was wrong! This Location is doing it right and Eric is awesome!!!!

I will never understand how they have a manager that is so rude and disrespectful! I went with my children and mother after church and he screamed at us from across the counter as we were walking off, because he heard me tell my family some people should find a new job if they aren’t happy. He then proceeded to follow me questioning and yelling at me. Then told me because he didn’t like what came out my face he can have me leave just because he wants to. Then I offered to leave and was charged twice. I was then told I will not receive a refund! I will never eat at another Cici’s EVER! Then when asked to speak to a manager he pushed his small chest out and said hi I’m KB The manager, very immature and small minded. Also then stated he speaks to people daily this way! I wish Sandy was the one I spoke to she was amazing and kind! I have reached out to corporate and NOTHING has been done!! The same manager fired an employee in front of all of us customers.

This afternoon, I went with my daughter to Cicis ( in this address), which is my daughter favourite pizza location for previous 6 years. Unfortunately, the young guy cashier asked me to pay for 2 adults cost instead of 1 kid meal with small drink. He asked me to pay 24 dollars and some changes, instead of pay around 9 dollars maximum. After I asked him that I want only kid meal for my daughter and small drink he answered me that every person get in cicis need to pay full adult cost because there is no way to check and watch what we will take !!!!!

Had so much fun. Being that it was a National Pi. Day. The city showed up. Very crowed. The management was in great spirits, which was a pleasant relief. There was a constant line to get pizza or a salad but it was all worth the wait . Some drink choices weren’t available due to such a successful turnout, but Dr. Pepper & lemonade were available . I am a new fan & will be back soon.

I visited Cici’s on Pi Day for the discounted buffet, my first visit ever. It was chaotic, and I’m extremely impressed with the staff’s ability to keep up with the sheer number of hungry customers. Clean bathrooms, clean tables, drink machine in working order. I would have liked to see stuffed crust options and more desserts, but with the volume of people coming through the door, I understand the priority was getting pizza on the line. I’ll have to visit again to get a custom order!

$9 now for a buffet, crust is now thicker, and pizza doesn’t taste as good as it used to back when the buffet was $4! Go back to the cheap stuff please!

My daughter and I were so excited to go Cicis today. Place was packed, but that was ok. We had a great dinner until the lady was cleaning, I thought it was rude when she came over and started sweeping under our table while we were eating, I looked passed that but I couldn’t look passed the fact that another young lady was cleaning the table with a spray bottle of cleaner and it sprayed all over our food !!!!! I spoke to the manager on duty and he seemed not to care. So won’t be going back there! And I think I need to call the health department.
