I have no complaints about the food or the atmosphere. But damn is the place nasty. It’s like they don’t clean the floors or the soda station. The floors are sticky everywhere you go. The restrooms are worse. The napkin containers are just covered in old dried soda or whatever it is. I would eat here again but just clean the lobby.

worst location ever. the 2 times i’ve came to visit it’s either completely closed or their dine in is closed at 2pm??? this time i came to order a #2 no mustard no onions & surly like always they get it wrong even after them asking me twice what my order was at the speaker & at the window. the burger had onions and i can not eat it because i’m allergic, anyways at least i still have my fries right? nope there’s an onion ring in the fries so i can’t eat that either. all i had was this flat soda they gave me :/ so sad all i wanted was to enjoy a burger i’ve been craving for a week.

It had some tables that were dirty and the coffee it was less warm than usual but it worked for me because I didn’t have to wait too much time to get it to the temperature where my tongue won’t burn

From food and trash under the tables to a Whopper that looks like it was assembled by a two year old this Burger King was flat out bad. They messed up my simple order of a Double Whopper with fries and somehow managed to give me onion rings even after taking ten minutes for my order. If my fast food was not going to be fast it could have at least been accurate. By the time I received my food it was lukewarm since it had been put under a non-functioning heat chute. I will be giving my business to the McDonald’s across the street from now on.

It seems like the only time they can get my order correct is when I dine in. I had place my current order over the mobile app. My wife went to pic it up and with the store no where close to being busy. They managed to mess up my order again. Whenever I try calling the store. They never answer. Customer service has really gone down.

Ordered three sandwiches at 8pm on a Sunday. Only one of the sandwiches was made correctly. The fish sandwich I ordered was replaced by some monstrosity of a burger smothered in tons of mayo. The one star isn’t even enough for this location. Lazy crooks stealing my money and giving me trash instead. Nasty attitude of the drive thru worker was the icing on the cake. Zero zero zero stars, never again.

6/24/23 The man/teen/boy answering the drive through at approximately 2:45 pm was grumpy and rude. I didn’t bother to even place an order. To the franchise owner at this location near Coronado Bank, your employee is the first contact with the customer. My money spends everywhere. It’s time to set the record straight plus this ignorant employee ran off one of your customers.

The saddest breakfast burrito I ever got. I ordered the eggnormous burrito which I’ve always loved getting at other locations. It normally comes with sausage and a nice amount of egg. But this is a joke. Nothing but tortilla. Get it together guys. Get a coffee and let’s get to work. Won’t be coming back here for breakfast. Could not return as I needed to go to work. Best wishes

This is the only Burger King that is conveniently located on the way to taking my daughter to school, we tend to stop here pretty frequently. However for the past few months the biscuits are burned. I cannot believe the staff has so little integrity and pride in their food that they allow it to leave the kitchen that way. This morning while ordering I asked the girl at the speaker to add a sausage biscuit, if it isn’t burned. She has me repeat myself because she claims to not hear me. So i repeat myself trying to be more clear and louder, she responds with a tone as if I upset her. So I pull up to the window where she informs me that the biscuits are burnt. I tell her I don’t want it then and ask why this is a problem. She responds with attitude and tells me that’s the way the oven cooks them. I mean I understand how an oven works and if you leave anything in it long enough it will burn. Can they not wrap their heads around that? For it to be a consistent problem they either need to adjust the temperature, the time, or whatever else could be the problem there. But to give your customer attitude and slam the window without a thank you or asking if I needed anything is by far a bigger problem!!! Management should check up on their crew!! I can see why there is rarely a line here. Guess I’ll plan for longer wait times at neighboring restaurants. Looks like the king has a new throne
