Not sure who was working this morning but her employment there needs to be reevaluated. She was extremely rude who I pulled up to place my order. All she said was “welcome to sonic” and then after exactly 6 seconds says “are you going to order?”

My friend and I sat at the stall for 20 minutes after ordering on the mobile app. We then clicked the red button and no one answered for 5 minutes so we went through the drive through and they told us to pull to the window rudely. We got up to the winder for our drinks and when we told her we had a mobile order she made a rude looking face and slammed the door. She then opened it again and asked what we had and we told her and she said “you left the stall??!” And then rolled her eyes and slammed the door again. As I was watching her make the drinks, she dipped her spoon into my milkshake tasted it, and then laughed with her coworker and handed us our drinks. I asked if she ate my milkshake and he denied it and slammed the door again.

Stopped for Blast, ice, Route 44 drink. Long line in drive thru. Okay to be expected. Employee who finally answered intercom was rude, rushing, and short. Tried adding item at intercom but could never get answer. So 20 minutes later get to window and explain I tried adding item. Rudly young lady states “We don’t take add on at window.” I tried explaining noone would answer me at intercom and her response was “I didn’t take your order.” But was wearing the headpiece. Ice half melted, Blast 3/4 cup, food cold. Not quality that Sonic usually as and definitely not the customer service. We to the side and pushed button to order add on and waited 20 minutes. So I got a bag of water.

Waited in the drive-thru too long while the customer in front of me had some sort of problem with their order. At some point the person working the window should have asked the customer to pull around and park while they sort it out instead of the drive-thru getting backed up with multiple customers. Food was good though.

I don’t mind the wait at times. It’s the spending $21 on blasts in Vidalia sonic and over half the cup is just vanilla ice cream. If we wanted just vanilla I’d go to grocery store. I like supporting our local people who work but why bother wasting money to not get what we want. I know y’all can do better because there has been a couple times where the cup was full of goodies.

Not motorcycle friendly. Shut down all the ordering stalls not sure if for the rain. However I’m on a motorcycle and not about to go through a drive through window and they can see me clearly and should be able to accommodate me knowing um stuck in the rain.

Well this morning I thought I would try this breakfast. I ordered a croissant with egg and ham, tater tots and a small cherry coke. The croissant was hard on the bottom. They claimed it was warm but none of it was warm. I didn’t order cheese but I got it. It was easy to take off because the sandwich was too cold to melt it. The tater tots were cold as well. The croissant was very small as well as the the small piece of ham and egg. The cherry coke was good. Needless to say I will not be having a $8.28 breakfast there again. Good luck if you try it, with any luck yours will be better.

My daughter treated her brother and myself to treats this evening. We had to wait over 30 mins for them to clean the machine then when we did get our blast we couldn’t tell which was which because there wasn’t any goodies just plan vanilla ice-cream. This is starting to be more common, we go to sonic because we use to get a lot of goodies and it was worth the price. We’re starting to reconsider our decision and just go to Dairy Quern where we know we’re getting our pennies worth.

I’m extremely disappointed. I came to this place through the drive thru and I was the only one in line cool. Placed my order and paided for my meal. Chicken sandwich and a dbl sonic burger with bacon. I get home and the burger was just bread and burger nothing else no lettuce no pickle no mayo no nothing. Management and employees need to do better. I will not be back at this establishment.
