While the politics of Chick-fil-A change almost weekly at the HQ level, the food and service are always great. They have always gotten our order correct and the food is always fresh and delicious. Chic-fil-a is a favorite and a rare stop for us since we live out in Cold Springs. Our food was good this trip. I almost always order off the app, but this visit it wasn’t busy yet, so we went thru the drive thru. I think that was our mistake. I asked if we were getting a receipt (so I could scan for rewards), but we didn’t get a receipt. Then, we were asked to pull ahead and out of the drive-thru while they finished our order. Mass chaos immediately erupted as noon hit on a Saturday, and the parking lot suddenly got crazy. Workers were trying to find cars, cars trying to leave, and many trying to find a spot to park. We did get our food, but once we got home, we realized one of our orders (mine specifically) wasn’t accurate. We will be back, and they can likely redeem themselves. Oh, and I called this store as a representative of our school PTO last week and was told someone would call me back that day, I still haven’t heard back over 5 days later.
