We ordered 2 large(my husbands with extra pastrami) sandwiches and 2 chicken noodle soups for pickup. When I went to pickup they informed me they were out of chicken noodle soup so they substituted tomato bisque. No biggie. Cool with that. When I got home? My husbands Strami didn’t have extra meat and my hot Bob barely had any Turkey AND the soups were only half full??? What the??? It wasn’t a difficult order. Seriously disappointed as we have always loved Capriottis. Maybe it was just this location??

I wasn’t welcomed upon entering.. which is fine, not a huge deal. But what WAS? Every single one of my sandwiches being made wrong, and no thanks after tipping them. Me and my company felt like we were BOTHERING the employees. So I suggest you spend your money anywhere else BUT HERE.

THE KING OF BAKERSFIELD
This is my review as a cater order delivery driver. I arrived to pick up a two hundred dollar order that was pre ordered. I had already driven 25 minutes to get there, once there it was a long line obviously because it’s lunch time. I head to the front of the line to pick up the order and the lady tells me that I have to wait in line. This is frustrating for food delivery customers because we still need time to deliver the food and our customers are expecting it to be on time. With five people on staff their should be someone dedicated to making sure pick orders leave the store promptly. This affects my livelihood because without tips gas eats up all our profit. Please resolve this huge customer service issue.

Turkey bone in my Bobbie. It’s a roasted whole turkey so I get that could, but I pointed out a rather large shard of bone, I got a shrug. I wasn’t’ expecting them to throw themselves down to the ground and beg forgiveness. I just wanted a sincere, sorry about that. Chairs weren’t very uncomfortable but the staff was nice overall.

I ordered a salad and it was all toppings and no lettuce. As soon as we walked in to the store I was made to feel uncomfortable by one of the male staff members who were making comments at me, like catcalling but different because I couldn’t just ignore him or just keep walking…unfortunately I had to wait for my food.
