Not sure when workers started deciding that it was okay to make alterations to an order- but I’m highly allergic to corn and ordered a simple bowl with steak white rice and cheese. That’s it. Idk if they thought they’d put their own twist on it but they added sour cream and corn salsa. Won’t answer their phones for comp either. Tired of places messing up the simplest of tasks.

I see all these feedback that customers have taken the time to leave, and only 1 reply. The chat system doesn’t work either. The employees here are not plesant,and always in a hurry, no matter how many people are in line. There’s always a black Chevy 4 door car in the handicap spot in front, and I finally see today what I assumed. Its an employee, that is perfectly fine. No limp,nothing. My Sister is a T-12 Paraplegic, and needs these spots. What’s worse, he parks in the one for vans. The guy has green hair, and green glasses, and litteraly ran in the store when he parked. THATS NOT SOMEONE WHO NEEDS THAT SPOT. Unacceptable!!

We did a group order at my work and this is what I got! I ordered a salad and they gave me like 5 pieces of Lettuce and a minimal quantity of the rest of the ingredients also a tiny amount of vinaigrette and the chips were extremely salty.

I love going to Chipotle — it’s one of my favorite places to eat! This particular Chipotle is just like the rest… good food, good prices, good vibes. Today, I went to place an order for pickup while on my lunch break through the Chipotle App and I was charged TWICE in my bank by them and the order didn’t even go through to their system at the restaurant. I was really frustrated and almost ready to give up, but I went inside to get some help anyways. The cashier, John, was kind enough to hear out my issue and help resolve it. I’m not sure if he was the manager at this Chipotle, but he was taking responsibility like one! John was excellent — he has amazing customer de-escalation and resolution skills for just being a cashier. John helped me get a refund and I was even able to get my order for free. I will definitely be coming back to this Chipotle because of the great food and great employees.
