I’m starting to call Batavia “ little Mexico”! This place makes the best Mexican food in the area! The tacos are amazing and they have so many varieties! El Pastor, Carnitas, Barbacoa, Tripe, and so many more. We all enjoyed it and will be back!

Came in few minutes after they open so the place was empty. I Tried veggie and fish tacos and I have to say is one of the best tacos I tried on my life, full of flavor. If all the food is as good at the tacos then this is an excellent Mexican cuisine.

The music was bright and lively, the woman running the cashier was super nice, as well as being the waitress as well. I got horchata and a fried chicken sandwich, it was well seasoned, and the horchata was sweet and had cinnamon as well. There was a salsa bar which was also amazing, and it fulfilled my love of spice. The food was also fast to come out, and I got my order within 20 minutes. 10/10 would recommend again.

Was recommended to me by a co-worker, it didn’t disappoint. Food was good & authentic! It was busy, which is usually a good sign, not very big but they kept it moving.

A delicious treat! So nice to finally find a good Mexican restaurant. Great variety of meats to choose from on the menu, and the pork carnitas were amazing. Tamales are very good, tacos are simple. Cheap to add rice and beans on the side, and can’t beat a $1.99 margarita!

Over priced, taco bar salsa sucked. Portions are big but come on. Had better tasting Mexican food elsewhere. Oh and how bout 4.00 for a bottle of tea! Really. I’ll pass. Not worth 72.00 for table of 3.

I ordered the Fajita burrito with grilled chicken. It was very large, like 14″ long, with tons of cheese sauce on it .. a big plus. Inside was rude, grilled veggies and the chicken (great only). Flavor was good, though I missed red sauce as found in the majority of Mexican restaurants I’ve been too. In fact, they didn’t even know what I meant when I asked, “Do you have red sauce for the burrito?”. They pondered, then said, “Do you mean hot sauce?”. I found that funny. To note, you can get red salsa at their decent salsa bar, along with hot salsa, guacamole sauce, chips, pick, etc.

Atmosphere is great seems like a real Mexican taqueria but the food is definitely Puerto Rican style “Mexican” food because Mexican food doesn’t use ground beef or chicken. From someone who grew up in California and Mexico it’s definitely not authentic Mexican food. But aside from that the food is still delicious!
