Place look trash it needs a health check for sure. The rotisserie chicken is burnt and dry the half rack look like 1/4 and hard. This place doesn’t meet the Boston market I know and the server assumed I was paying cash.? Weird place, don’t go here save your money and eat elsewhere. -F

Seems like the are preparing to close. Last 2 visits. Limited food selections. Sides were obviously on steam table for a long time. Limited selection of drinks because they were out of several things. No ice. No proper cups. Shame because I do love their chicken.

While we’ve been to this location before, this is the first time we’ve stopped in quite some time. We arrived shortly after they opened at 11am on 5/4/23 and went through the drive through. Their available options were extremely limited and many items on the menu are were taped over with black tape, and even things that were not blacked out proved to be unavailable. I asked to have a chicken carver sandwich and they said they didn’t have them. Their only available sides were mac and cheese, sweet potatoes, vegetables and one other side item (I forget what it was, other than something I didn’t want) as opposed to usually extensive list of sides. Since we were already there we settled on getting two quarter white meals, one with double mac and cheese and the other with mac and cheese and sweet potatoes. When we got home all of the items were packaged in side menu containers, even the quarter chicken pieces, instead of how they would usually be on a sectioned plate. When I tried the Mac and Cheese it tasted weird and sour, like it had started to spoil. My wife said her mac and cheese was the same (though with my warning she tasted only a tiny amount) and her sweet potatoes did not taste very good either. We ended up throwing the meals away.

Food was alright for fast food chicken , the menu, however, is very limited. They were out of mashed potatoes, corn, broccoli and meatloaf on my visit. They did have grilled nuggets and cilantro lime rice available, unlike the Greentree location. The rice sadly was soaked with oil (see pic) but still tasty, cherry coke was out on fountain machine. The worker taking my order seemed annoyed that I stopped in and placed an order and used an online coupon to boot. All that being said, I would stop in again if I was in the neighborhood.

The service was nice (drive thru). There was a short wait, which was great, thank you. The person taking the order was friendly and helpful. I ordered the Sweet Thai chicken, it was good. Although there is a hint of spiciness to it-like an after taste. The corn and macaroni is always delicious. The cornbread was sweet and yummy as usual. I can’t believe there are so many 1star reviews. My experience was pleasant. Thank you kindly. The person whom took the payment (at the window) wasn’t the same person that took thee order, the window guy wasn’t as friendly as the lady whom took the order. He never smiled, kind of frowned. But overall, great visit and good food!

Went on here to pick up food for someone. As soon as you go through the door the smell is disgusting, you stick to the floor. Paper trash was on the floor. The woman behind the counter wore the same gloves to wait on multiple people and wore them to ring people up. Not to mention you can clearly see white mold on one of the sauce containers behind the counter. I looked in the bathroom, very filthy, smelled and toliet was clogged. This is only the things I could see. I can only imagine what goes on in the back I’m sure their food safety/handling is not to code etc etc. I called the person whom I was picking up food for told her I wouldn’t eat the food. Most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. Why this place is allowed to remain open is beyond me. Gross gross gross.

Location is the last left in Pittsburgh and it’s on its way out and I couldn’t be happier. Half of the menu items at the drive thru are covered in black tape meaning they don’t have them. Their lobby is closed so you can only use the drive thru. Service has notoriously been poor. I’ll be happy to see them close like green tree lol. After the stunt they pulled a couple of years ago during the holidays (affecting myself and many others) it’s what they deserve.

I ordered online for over $100 worth of food. All that I received were half of the side dishes. None of our main meals were there! When I tried to call, no one answers the phone! I will never order again from here! I would give them a negative star if I could!

How insanely disappointing. Drove all the way to get my online order and didn’t get what I ordered. Apparently no drink no Mac and cheese and chicken slapped on a bun which is suppose to be on ciabatta bread which no topping no cheese or anything. How little effort could you put in?
