Surprise surprise. A Domino’s with a dine in area. If you like your pizza right out of the oven and don’t mind the spartan atmosphere or lack of table service its a great place to sit for a bit and have a pizza that’s more enjoyable than usual. It was a great choice for visiting the Edge Motor Museum today.

I work at a Hotel Near this location and me and my coworker ordered garlic bread and cheese bread… our food was extremely hard and DRY!!!!!! I called and spoke to Mr. Brandon and he told me that we would have to return our food in order to get new food made! First off we’re in a pandemic that doesn’t even seen sanitary secondly , if I told you I threw the food away in a big trash can and only had a few I got off the top of the trash what makes you think I’m about to dig in the trash for the rest. I told him that I tried the food from there before and it was amazing but he went in to tell me that he didn’t think anything was wrong with my food and thought we just wanted to get something free and not return the items! He didn’t empathize nor did he seem to really care !!!! The food WAS HARD DRY AND NOT THE QUALITY WE ARE USE TO GETTING .

Long story short, i received my order and it was wrong. I called the store and the manager Brandon pretty much told me there was nothing he could do. I really just wanted a refund or a new pizza. I have had many problems out of this specific dominoes before but they have NEVER refused to help me.

There was a person on the register who totally ignored me, walked away to do something else. Another person came out to take my order and the first person came out and greeted a white man with a smile and friendly greeting and took his order. The server was black and so am I. Didn’t appreciate it at all. It was too obvious. Had the chicken habanero sandwich. It was good.

I had a frustrating experience with my pizza delivery. I spoke to the General Manager, Tre, who attentively listened to my issues and concerns. The fact that Tre personally got involved and the driver apologized showing that they take customer satisfaction seriously. It’s always good to see companies going above and beyond to rectify mistakes and ensure that their customers are happy in the end.

Have been getting delivery from here for about 13 years, mainly at St Jude. Drivers have always been personable,as has the staff on the phone line. Food has been cooked properly, and drinks cold. It’s served as a sense of normalcy and comfort on our travels. Thanks for all y’all do.

Most racist restaurant ever at the location in Covington TN on highway 51, in a phone conversation and informed by a delivery driver because I was black I was trying to receive free food when I had domino points to receive a free pizza, this was total disrespect and further action will take place, just goes to show racism is alive and well in the South and the work place if I could have given 0 stars I would, if you’re a person of color please avoid this domino’s establishment

My order was and hour late and once it did arrive they forgot my wings. The delivery driver brought the wings back 15 mins later and this is how they slop then in the box. They just don’t care anymore presentation is everything. I will not recommend at all, I wish I could give it 0 stars.
