Great food. The flat bread pizza was good. The waygu burger was excellent. They had two menus with one being for smaller plates and another being more traditional dinner. We ordered from the former and found the portions to be completely acceptable.

Our waiter Joseph was amazing and made the experience worth while. We ordered several items to taste one being the lobster nachos which had no lobster on it, smh however they quickly made it right. I also had the alligator which was okay. I loved the lamb meatball and would go back for it again and the pineapple ginger drink I had was amazing. Love the atmosphere and chill vibe.

We didn’t eat here & didn’t actually get to enjoy the place much as we were here for a wedding, but the place was absolutely beautiful & I will definitely be back. The beds were very comfortable as were the pillows. The room was delightfully designed. I was in awe. Very quiet altho we were there on a Sunday night. Front desk staff was so very helpful as we needed them a couple times, call it being a little too old for such modern elegance, but they were very helpful & very nice. I will be going back again when I can stay longer & enjoy the beautiful surroundings & relax & just zone & perhaps try the wonderful restaurant that is attached, the menu sounded oh so good.

Very cool atmosphere…really liked it. Has a bar, restaurant area and more of a lounge area with couches and a fire. There was also live music on the Friday and Saturday we were there. Food was delicious. Good mix of food on the menu with steak, fish and vegetarian. Loved the elk loin that is on the new menu. So flavorful. Also had good Flatbread pizzas. Our server was great…very fun vibe. Have been back a few times.

Great server. Great food. Had the salad with ranch and it was very good. The two of us ordered the Elk Manhattan and the Bone in Ribeye. The ribeye was delicious but I’ve had better at the same price tag. The elk was awesome to try and went very well with the blueberry, but it was mediocre warm. Took a bit to chew as well. If I had it again I’d have it cooked a little longer. If you’re charging $60 a plate it better be perfect.

Odd experience. Arrived a bit early for Sunday lunch before seeing a matinee at the Guthrie. Floor was dirty. Staff were scarce, but the two who were visible were setting up for lunch after the brunch crowd had departed. Reception was chilly–we were told to wait until 11:30 (it was about 11:25). So we waited. Then we were told to seat ourselves wherever places were set. Only table set up for four had crumbs liberally scattered on the seats. Then a long wait before we were offered water. Then another wait before being offered coffee/drinks. Ditto menus. Then we began noticing gross things–old, dried, milk crusted on the inside of the tiny cream pitcher. Juice stains on glasses. Crusty stuff on the bottoms of plates. Pointed this out to our server, who shrugged and said the dishwasher didn’t work. Long wait again before our orders came out–some were okay, some used ingredients that appeared to have sat overnight in the fridge (slimy cucumber slices–eww). End result–dirty, slow, unfriendly, expensive ($100 lunch for four without alcohol), and a likely health hazard. Seriously–the dishwasher doesn’t work? Call the health department. Won’t be going back to Umbra. You shouldn’t go there, either.

The atmosphere and space is absolutely beautiful. There was live music when we went and it was actually pretty calming and not too loud. The drinks were superb, I recommend getting the Livin’ In a Pear ! So so good. The mussels were amazing! (It could feed 3 people I felt lol) and the sirloin steak with the truffle was chefs kiss! It cut like butter and tasted delicious. I’m def going here with my girlfriends next time!
