Their app makes it impossible to order a gluten free pizza. They expect you to order by texting however you have no idea how much your pizza wit cost until your order is already placed. I tried for 10 minutes to order by texting and the app just sent me in circles. I won’t try again!

Updating my previous negative review: I have given this location of Jet’s pizza another try and find them much more accommodating. Now, they follow instructions, create the pizza the way I like it, and it tastes pretty good. They are also extremely fast and bring the pizza out to my car. If you call in and use their BOT, you get 15% off your order.

Uses Doordash for deliveries with no warning when ordering form their site. Because these drivers have to use multiple apps simultaneously to make anything that constitutes a living orders will always come cold and late, and the cost of delivery is more than what should be because Doordash is made of pure greed. Maybe pay your employees and delivery drivers a decent wage and then you wouldn’t have to use door dash and have reviews like this left for your company.

Apparently a $17 small Hawaiian pizza with olives added to it results in getting a pizza with only olives. What a dispointment after driving 20 min just to pick up pizza.

The food is great. It seems like people have had issues ordering delivery here, so I can’t speak for that. However, I ordered online and picked it up in 20 minutes no problem. I will say though if you’ve been to Jets before and are willing to order online and pick it up, don’t let the current reviews sway you elsewhere; it’s good.

Their online ordering system is a joke ! Got on the website, placed my order, waited 20 per instructions.once the order showed ” completed” online, I went to the store only to find out “they’re about to put my pizza in the oven”. Not sure what the purpose of online ordering is here… My first and last time at jets pizza.

cant order from here because they use door dash to deliver their orders and the drivers are using multiple delivery apps at the same time and makes you order come late and cold. literally lives around the corner from this place and it took the driver 20 minutes to get here cause he was delivering another order from a different app watched this this guy go on a whole road trip on the tracker. and when you call the store they do nothing to help. won’t ever get delivery ever again from this place. if deleted I will just keep reposting.
