Terrible customer service. We have been here a few times but will take the 30 minute drive and patronize somewhere else where our business is appreciated. Folks at the register and front always seem to have poor and unfriendly attitudes. You are never acknowledge or greeted, even with a simple hello. At least greet your customers. It is sad what this world has come to. We will be cooking at home or spending our dollars where we are respected and valued!

Chicken wings were bad/rotten I could smell them as soon as I pulled them apart. They were also undercooked. Yes I do want to be compensated for being sold bad meat. I wasted my time and my money. Hopefully I can prevent another person from going through this.

I ordered May 10, 2019. I was extremely nervous to order from here as in the past I had bad experiences with pizza Bolis before. Mind you I ordered Around 12am . Ok so I called in and A lady answered the phone and I don’t know if it was because it was late but she seemed like she had an attitude. I ordered 1 large sausage pizza with a cheese steak sub everything no hots, no tomatoes with a side of fries. My boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes and he was the one going to get my food once it was delivered. They took about an hour to arrive and once I paid for my food. I opened my cheese steak sub and low and behold it had tomatoes on it .Luckily he wasn’t near me when i went to eat my food because then we would of had serious problems . Not only that but the cheesesteak sub was somewhat “watered” down and didnt look all that appealing and the fries were dry as hell. I tried calling back to tell them they had messed up my order but they were closed by then. All I know is that I will never eat at pizza bolis again . This was the last straw and this time their incompetence could have really been dangerous as someone’s health was at risk. I wish i could give 0 stars . Only reason why I’m even giving one star was because the pizza was at least decent.

First time here excellent pizza…I can’t eat marinara sauce, the manager suggest a white sauce along with my other toppings and it came out great. The rest of my party enjoy their pizzas as well. Great customer service

Ordered pizza for delivery and it never came. I spent about FOUR hours last week waiting on the pizza and calling the store multiple times. Each time I was told the driver was on the way. Even 4 hours later, I was told he was “a couple blocks away.” The tracker was totally worthless; after about an hour, it said my pizza had been delivered, which obviously wasn’t true; when I called to ask, the store said it was probably a “mistake.” At one point, they said there had been issues with people ordering online. I eventually ordered Dominos, which came quick, and went to sleep. Next day, I called the restaurant and said I wanted a refund; the guy on the phone seemed pretty unwilling to do anything and said a manager would call me back, and they never did. I contacted corporate customer service and eventually was given a $20 coupon. This was my first time ordering Pizza Boli’s, and it was a terrible, unprofessional experience.
