Simple order, couldn’t get it right. Had to return and go back inside to get the food we actually ordered. My pet peeve with fast food is very few of these places can fulfill a simple order accurately. I rarely get fast food anymore but the situation called for it. To their credit, when we returned, they gave us the missing items at no cost which is why I increased this review to 2 stars.

There’s literally 0 reason you should have to wait 20 minutes for an order that should already be pre-made. Also the drink should not be made till the food is made for that said pick up order. Every time this has happened has been on second shift. There’s four of you in the kitchen one person in the drive through. Absolutely no reason it’s ridiculous. I actually applied to this Taco Bell. After going there a couple times I decided against. It’s about teamwork and CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have clearly shown me at this location that’s not going to happen.

I tried to dine in but the guy with multi colored short hair would not take my order. He said I HAD TO USE THE Kiosk to place my order. I am not really a tech person can you please just take my order He said no. The guy with multi colored short hair . Just walked away I tried using the thing I knew what I wanted but couldn’t find it simple ground beef hard shell taco. Could not find it. I looked at them they would not help so I walked out never to return. Really poor customer service they just don’t care about people it seems. Maybe they should close the doors. I used to like going there not anymore. SAD.

Worst experience ever. Taco Bell is known for late night fast food. Times are still pretty rough in some places, and a lot of food places are short staffed. We realize this and understand. The person who took our order was completely frazzled, probably had a long day, but that doesn’t excuse her bad attitude or snippyness with us. She wasn’t wearing a name tag, or I’d name her here. There were 4 adults for our order, so it was $40. Taco Bell isn’t cheap anymore. The tomatoes on our tacos were nasty, shells were soggy, chulpa’s were soggy and basically just fell apart. The quesadilla was overcooked and completely stuck to the wrapper. Only the burrito was wrapped well. One of their crunch boxes was ordered, so we were expecting a box that normally this item comes in. The worker pretty much chewed our heads off, telling us rudely that there were only 2 of them working, and it was easier for them to just put everything in the bag with all the other stuff. Okay, whatever, but that left us to figure out what was what since none of the items were marked or wrapped very well. It was only 10:30 pm so the food should have been much better. They are open very late after all. I can tell you that we will never go back to that Taco Bell in Hastings, MN, ever again. And we will make sure that our friends also know how bad it is. I suppose I should say that the Nacho fries were very good.

They told me one price at the drive through and then added on cost that we’re not disclosed to me when charging my card. Please inform your customers if you change the price on them and add items they did not consent to. Especially if you charge my card before doing so. I had to bring it up to them and do not appreciate the hidden food being added on.

My orders are usually wrong or the mountain dew is too watered down. Today though… After waiting for about 20min for my food (they were pretty busy). I was handed my taco 12 pack box, and the bottom wasn’t secured. So 12 Supreme tacos fell out. My car floor was covered in taco fillings. The cashier was very helpful, in getting my order replaced. Then I get home to eat and 6 tacos of the bunch are so poorly wrapped. That the fillings fell out. Unless things drastically changed. I won’t go back. The owner needs to start responding to these reviews!

The best thing Hastings Minnesota has to offer is the service and experience at Taco Bell!! Always a satisfied customer because how can you complain with great service and the same ingredients on each menu item?? Meat cheese lettuce tomato… ring me up! Feed me! Good to go!!
