I must have waited in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes with only 1 car in front of me. The woman driver was speaking with the clerk about her nails and wanted to take pictures. Not sure what she ordered but it seemed to take a long time to. My coffee tasted fine.

I placed an online order thru Uber just now 7/23/23 and everything were perfectly sealed coffee and foods were good and tasty but the only missing on my order was NAPKIN. I placed a call to let them know but it was ringing for 30 minutes and no one was interested to pick up and answer the phone. I spoke to their shift Manager a month ago and I told her that whenever I ordered foods online they missed to put some Napkins inside and it end up I have to go to a grocery store and bought my own napkins to use and again today they forgot to put some napkins inside my oder. Will give everyone posted until they correct the issue.

I’m now not surprised after reading previous reviews about this location. Management/corporate really needs to assess what’s going on here. I pulled up about 715pm & the lobby was quite dark as in lights were off. I googled the closing time before getting out to verify if they were open, it said 9pm. So I went in about 7:22pm & inquired further. I was told the lights had burnt out in lobby. It looked more intentionally turned out to deter customers. The cashier confirmed they closed at 9pm so I ordered a coffee & wanted ice cream but told him I had a zoom meeting at 730pm so I’ll wait til right before closing to order it, he said ok. So at 8:06pm while quietly sitting in the corner alone doing my zoom mtg the cashier informed me the lobby was closed. I asked for a manager but none was available they stated. I said he told me 9pm he said no the lobby closes at 8 & drive thru closes at 9. This is bullcrap, bad service & a huge inconvenience as I’m in the middle of a meeting. I requested a refund for my coffee & asked why I wasn’t told in advance he said the cashier said he told me. Lies!! The sign at door nor does the internet state such! There’s no way a restaurant close at 9pm & staff all walks out at 9:06pm. I sat in parking lot to finish my meeting so I saw them leave & so as I thought they steer away company business & shut down early so they can leave early. Unacceptable! Just quit if you don’t want to be there.

I just had a great experience here. Coffee exactly as I ordered it and the munchkins were super soft. They were nice, polite, quick, and efficient. They’re under new management so I’d say give them a try again. This location runs out of donuts every single Friday so they must be doing SOMETHING right. Def my go to Dunkin ❤️❤️

I asked for 2 everything bagel minis. They even repeated it back to me only gave me one charged me 6.38 for them. They gave me one order I had to go and ask for the other ones and showed them the receipt. They gave me the second bagels refrigerator cold. Did not say 2 words the whole interaction beginning to end with dirty looks. My sister and her boyfriend came into the car upset as well without us even speaking to each other first. They do not gaf. Working in customer service myself I deal with lines out the door, rude people, nice people & im always polite & helpful. Worst Dunkin’ ever. Will loose their business in that area and their jobs fast acting like that. Im scared to even eat the food and reading the other reviews im appalled. Do your job or don’t have one like you’re already acting

Firstly, I am not the type to leave reviews however I come to this location every day, order the exact same thing every day. The employees know my coffee order and recognize me. Sometimes I order a food item but not always. Today I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant. Only did i realize when I got to work that they gave me it on a bagel. Wouldn’t be mad at all IF IT WAS A REGULAR BAGEL. They gave me it on a cinnamon raisin bagel.. it’s absolutely disgusting and wasted my money. They didn’t answer the phone the 3 times I called to make them aware. Just do better.

This is the only location that the workers treat you with respect and they really care about your satisfaction. I went there and ordered regular coffee with almond milk and after the order was done the lady made sure the coffee I got was the right and tasted good! I’ve never had someone working for Dunkin’ ask me if the coffee tastes good! Astonishing workplace!
