How anyone can give this place 4-5 stars must been eating dog food for pizza..People are extremely rude pizza looks old like they froze it and reheated it something is way off about this place .They should sell it to someone who wants to make it a nice neighborhood place way better pizzas and food along with service across the street ..You’re taking your chances eating here

We’ve been going to Lena’s for about 7 yrs. Everytime we go, the pizza is hot and fresh. The cheese is so good. We’ve tried their gelato also, I love the pistachio one. We moved about 4 yrs ago and still try to come by for our pizza nights. We’ve tried other pizza spots around Chicago and South burbs, we love Lena’s thin crust. My husband and I get the spinach and the kids get half pepperoni and half spinach.

First time getting pizza from here ordered 4 slices of pizza with 2 cokes. Got home opened the pizza 2 bites in and I find 3 maggots in the cheese slice if you do order from this place check your food

One of the best pizzas in the area. Unlike another great on 63rd street I’ll leave the name unsaid, Lena’s makes a pie the way you ask for it not how the owner perceives a pizza should be made/cooked. Nothing more annoying than ordering a pizza a certain way and when it arrives it’s nothing near what you asked for. Not at Lena’s. At Lena’s they do it your way. Very good thin crust. Tasty non sweet sauce perfectly added. Along with your desired toppings and you won’t go wrong. Real cheese. & Quite fast on the delivery. Very reasonable prices. Try it and you’ll be back for more.

Horrible manager or who ever handles the phone. Don’t recommend eating here they gave me water base sauce we asked to remake the pizza they remade it and called me back because we ate some of the good slices from the original. then they said they would of made a smaller pizza if we we’re going to eat a few slices off the original..even though I spent 50$ with this order.. also I had to eat my cold fries with the new pizza because apparently they only remake what ever is wrong rather then make the entire meal fresh never asked for a refund even when I left a 20$ tip .. worst customer service in the food industry do not order!!!

The pizza is good, my reason for giving only one star is because a employees rudeness, I called one hour before the closing time and tried to order a large pizza but the gentleman who answered the phone told me they weren’t cooking anymore so I asked him what time they closed he said 30 minutes from the time I called…I asked if they would have any slices available and he raised his voice in a hostile manner and said “NO were closed! Doors are closed we’re just cleaning now” and just hung up. I pass up another pizza spot that’s about a block away just to come here but I don’t think I’ll be coming back regardless of the good pizza….I would definitely not recommend this place and I’d encourage people to spend their money somewhere else due to the bad service.
