I ordered a bootlegger combo with avocado and cheese. I got meat, bread, lettuce, and mayo. The crew seemed really spacey. They ignored me as I asked them, over the next 30 minutes, where my order was. They made only 3 other sandwiches the whole time I was there. Would not recommend this place.

Edit: judging by other individual reviews, this is indeed how you roll, at least at this location. I’ve worked in fast food and appreciate how stressful it can be juggling orders that don’t seem to slow down. Your staff are human, stuff happens – I get that. Quality control on a very basic level seems like it is too much to handle, at least at this location. I have no interest paying a delivery fee and tip knowing there is a 75% chance they will forget something or give me the wrong item. I hate wondering if checking the box for a sandwich to be cut in half will be the request that turns the order from manageable into something requiring an advanced degree in analytics to decipher or if my vegetarian wife will bite into a chunk of ham out of either spite or oversight. It’s not always the food or service that are issues. One time I ordered online for delivery for as soon as possible, then noticed on the receipt it was scheduled to be delivered the following day and was surprised it arrived an hour later (less surprised at the forgotten pickle with the order).

The very best thing about Jimmy John’s is the freaking speed. We ordered 6 sandwiches right at the counter and they were out within 7 minutes. No mistakes, no quality issues. And they are open later than most comparable places.

First off I love the sandwiches from other locations. The service here is poor. I friendly people at the drive through and young immature staff inside. I’ve been here multiple times but this is my last. Our bread was like cardboard. One sandwich had bread that looked uncooked while the other was burnt. Rather disappointing. They even marked one of the sandwiches wrong leading to a vegetarian biting into a meat sandwich.

Food is usually fine, but customer service at this location is poor at best. They are wise mouthed and disrespectful and as of today they have lost a customer. At this particular time in history, when money and getting your dollar’s worth is so very important, customer service is the lynchpin. So, I will happily walk down the street to the next sandwich shop from now on.

I put an order in for 2 sandwiches and it took an hour and a half to get. I called and they said it was on the way, but after 20 minutes it still had not arrived. When calling again, the girl we got was rude, said it’s not their fault and hung up on my husband. We will definitely not be ordering from there again. The customer service is horrible. On top of it, they brought us the wrong food.

Husband and I went to get sandwiches here and they said they were out of bread but when we got to the window, they were pulling fresh bread from the oven. We had to order those lettuce wrap things and on top of getting no tomatoes when I asked for them, one whole cucumber slice, and a pitiful amount of dressing, they STUFFED the middle with more lettuce and I only got one slice of ham, turkey, and cheese. If I wanted to pay $9 for lettuce I’d have gone to the store. On top of it all they took forever.

Asked for no lettuce.. And I guess they scraped it off or they dont care about changing gloves or WHATEVER THE HECK… if I were allergic id have a reaction just to make a point!!! I wont be returning.. Slow service. Also I think sarcastic as they apologized for putting lettuce in my first sandwich and then gave me this (photo below) as part of my second!
