Stopped in to get myself a wagyu burger. It tasted lackluster and dry as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for an extended period of time. It certainly was not made to order because it was prepared in less than 2 minutes. I was totally disgusted with the lack of cleanliness in this food establishment. And if they can’t keep the restaurant clean, one can readily suspect the safety of the food. Filthy soda pop and iced tea dispenser areas. Same at condiments area. The booth upholstery is torn and stained. Multiple tables are dirty even though employees seem to have plenty of time to engage in loud, idle chit chat in the kitchen that can clearly be heard out in the dining room. The floors and window frames are filthy including dead bugs. There is a broken, exposed and readily accessible electrical device on the wall in a seating booth. Also trash on the floor.

The wait was very long in the drive thru but other than that the food was great. It was hot and tasted very fresh. The curly fries were great but some of them were cut incorrectly which is expected but other than that it was an exceptional experience

Staff here is friendly enough, but never stop here if you are in a hurry. It takes eons to get your food and normally, I am ok waiting, but sometimes, it gets to be a bit much. The other day I made the colossal mistake of stopping for a drink before work. I was third in line for twenty five minutes in the drive thru. Unfortunately, with the barrier installed, you cannot just exit and go inside to get your stuff. I left almost a half hour early but ended up late for work. Food is fine, staff is nice, but the wait is usually pretty terrible.

When to Arby’s on 6/10/23, its the only place I ate that and ended up with Food Poisoning. I have try calling the store several times to report it to them and they will not answer the phone. I will be reporting it to Arby’s Corporate on Monday. Stay away form this store.

Clean store, friendly service, great speed of service for only THREE employees working, with the drive thru getting slammed and lobby nearly full!!!! Absolutely the greatest service I’ve probably had at an Arby’s, everything was super fresh, super clean. Thanks for an awesome experience guys.

WOW … I just had the most incredible experience that I’ve ever had in my 59 years of life. The gentleman taking the order was AMAZING . His voice was clear, calm, “he never interrupted me during my complex order”, and he was able to understand what I wanted, when I wasn’t. lol To make things even better, he included all sauces in order, because I pulled away without my food. That’s a different story. I say the order was complex because I didn’t oder items in correct order. This gentleman should be the world trainer of “customer service communications taker”…

It claims they are open until 10 on their website and on Google, this is consistently not true. I got here just after 8 tonight, the lights were on, workers were present, but the drive through was closed. This is the third time over the last year I’ve arrived to find the restaurant with workers inside, just not taking orders. I understand people need time to close up, but it seems like the barest expectations to update your hours. If you can’t staff shifts until 10pm, then change the posted hours?
