Service was fast and friendly. However, my fries were lukewarm and my sandwich wasn’t much better. I ordered a large roast beef and swiss well done. The meat should have been hot so the cheese should have melted. Being an ex-Lion’s Choice employee, many many years ago, I know that in order to cook the beef to well done you have to put it on the steamer; unless something has changed. The lemonade didn’t taste very good. I threw it out. The food was good. Lion’s Choice never seems to disappoint where taste is concerned. I do wish my food would have been hotter; it would have been more enjoyable.

I went through the drive through line today around 2:40 pm. As soon as I spoke the person taking my order started mocking the way I said “hello” over and over while laughing at me. They Wouldn’t reply to my questions and just ignored me. I looked over to my right and there were two employees passing a joint back and forth behind the dumpster.I eventually drove off after seeing that. I felt very disrespected and grossed out that these are the same people potentially handling my food. I’ve frequented this location for years, but the last few experiences have gotten consecutively worse. Until today when I wasn’t even able to order food. I’m very disappointed with my experience today and would hope the management would clean these kind of trash people out of their business if they want to make money at their location.

Lion’s Choice and this location in particular has the worst customer service of any fast food place. Today the kid at the drive thru window crumpled up my reciept as soon as it printed then didn’t give me all my drinks. He said it didn’t get rang up but I saw it on the screen before I pulled forward. I’d have shown him on receipt but it wasn’t given to me.

All staff was incredibly nice and attentive. Came here after a recommendation from a friend as we live out of town. Came to here not expecting more than a traditional fast food restaurant, but got way more. Everyone helping was extremely nice. 100% would come back when visiting again.
