Terrific service and really good food. The spare ribs are a must try. We had the beef broth and tonkatsu ramen. Got quite busy after 630 but they turned the tables over pretty quickly.

I had not eaten ramen in almost two years so I was looking forward to it. My mother and I went for lunch. We both ordered Lumpia for our appetizer and Tonkotsu Ramen gor our soup. I was disappointed. I could have overlooked that the meat was so shredded that it was mushy, if the broth would have been flavorful. I looked forward to a rich broth and this wasn’t. My favorite ramen is still Kippo Ramen in Baltimore. The Lumpia was really delicious. I thought I would go again and try the beef, but when my mother says I won’t go there again, it’s bad. She usually enjoys anything she eats. The service was good.

It’s located on 21st near to ODU and it has a awesome vibe but on a expensive side. The ingredients used to prepare felt freshly made. It tastes warm cozy spicy flavorful. Must give it a try

This is a chic modern take on a ramen noodle restaurant. Catering to young adults. This is a good place for date night or hanging out with friends. There’s a full bar with seating and dining tables. It’s has simple decor with comic inspired artwork. They also have a fairly simplistic menu. Plenty of unique drinks to pick. There’s a very eclectic library of music playing in the background. Everyone working here seemed friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and to temp. We tried the Asian sticky wings; messy, zesty, and overly smothered with sauce. They did not hold back on the garlic. I had the beef Ramen. It was listed as spicy, but I would say it was more on the mild side, which I found delightful. It was hardy and flavorful. I will say this was the best Ramen soup I have found so far in the 757. I also tried their strawberry cream soda ale. It was fun, but maybe not with Ramen next time. So the miso cake is definitely a treat I’ve never had before. Make room for their only dessert, and splurge on adding the ice-cream. The food is highly priced, but I did leave feeling satisfied.

Alkaline has very good ramen noodle options on their menu. They allow you to customize your ramen with many addons. Over all I would say it was very good romen, not the best I have had but really good.

Outstanding ramen place with great service and a friendly staff. The food was on point and some of the best I have enjoyed. Excellent flavor with a choice of how to build what you want. Perfect bar with great drinks. You should check this place out.

The sticky wings was the best. The cake was very delicious. However the mark was definitely missed with the ramen pork and the beef one, which was the point of the visit.
