I ordered a 8 peice chicken tender. To start ingot hot sauce and no ranch. I ordered only ranch as my four sides sauces. The chicken itself was cold and very chewy. Which leads me to feel that its old. The sides for me were mashed potatoes and Mac n cheese. The Mac n cheese was fine but the mashed potatoes had maybe a half a cup which looked like once scoop as it was perfectly spherical. But for a container of gravy to be bigger then the amount of potatoes we got. I was very upset. And all of that for $25 was truly wrong.

This kfc is usually pretty consistent with quality. The wait is normally about 3 cars which usually means about 7-10 minutes wait in my experience, which still isn’t all that bad. I’m always happy with the food from here, the employees at the window are always extremely friendly and helpful, if they make a mistake they immediately own it and correct it. And the food comes out nice and hot, and is still comfortably warm to eat after the drive home.

Gonna be real, KFC doesn’t hit anymore. It’s dry and lackluster. It doesn’t carry the flavor of my childhood. Even the macaroni and cheese has suffered. Why, KFC? What happened? Is it you, or is it me? Anyway, this KFC in particular has served up some pretty bland dishes for my wife and I. Wouldn’t recommend.

3rd time there and they continue to disappoint! Had to repeat order several times and I didn’t receive what I paid for. Called restaurant and the manager refused to speak to me. Wanted my address which I offered my cell number. No one gets my address! Calling corporate. I will NEVER order from them again. Pure ignorance

Our business got a $ 90 carryout order. When I ordered the food I asked for generous packets of honey and butter for the biscuits. While the food was good all the biscuits went to waste because they did not put even one packet of honey or butter. Order taker and person at the counter should ask if a large order might want even one packet of some kind of sauce. Very disappointed

Ordered last night around 8:30 and went through the drive thru. They messed up my order, and it was already 8:50 by the time we got home and realized, so I wouldn’t have made it back in time and I just called this afternoon for them to fix it and the manager was the rudest person I have ever spoken too. She was acting like it was all my fault and all she could do was send out a $5 voucher when our order was more than that. I work fast food, that is NOT how you treat a customer when you messed up. Also she said “ I didn’t work last night so I can’t verify anything that happened” I’m telling you what happened and you are calling me a liar. I called 3 times last night and didn’t get an answer, but that’s all my fault. Maybe make sure you have people working who know what they are doing.
