The service is great. The employees are wonderful. They just never have enough chicken. Anytime you ever come there, they’re always out of something. Is they don’t have any mild or dark meat? I ordered the eight piece mix. Half spicy half regular. I get home and we had five breasts, two little wings and a drumstick. Come on Popeyes do better for $35. If I wanted all white meat I would have said all white meat.. The sides were good even though I had to buy an extra one because it comes with one and four biscuits for $25. I don’t even like white meat. And to be stuck with six pieces was ridiculous. Had one dark meat and it was a tiny drumstick.

Waited almost 10 mins to even be answered at the drive thru speaker. The only drinks available were tea and lemonade. We ordered strips, and we’re notified that they only had mild (which was fine for us). Waited again in line for the window at least another 10 mins. Got to the window and they told us all their strips were frozen. We left. This is the second time in the last month we’ve tried to eat there and had poor service.

By far, one of my worst visits here so far. 1 out of 2 orders were wrong . No honey, no mac n cheese. 5 piece tender smaller than chicken nuggets… had to go back up and waited no less then 5 minutes just to get the dipping sauce. Had to also wait on lids fur drinks. Ordering to begin with was train wreck cause apparently the menu doesn’t match the register computer menu. As we were leaving, another family had the same issues not getting dipping sauce and getting spicy/ non spicy (opposite) of what they ordered. Half the draws in the straw dispenser are wet.. as of today’s date, I would not recommend it. To top it off, when we arrived , there was 1 person eating and is ordering. Not busy by any imagination

One of the worst popeyes I have ever ate it! Chicken was old and dried up ! And they have roaches as we are sitting there eating I look over and a roach is crawling across the wall..I will never be back to this location and would definitely not recommend it to anyone..
