Dunkin down for the count today. I walked in this morning and immediately realized there could be a problem with so many customers waiting and the behind the counter and operating staff standing around with dazed looks on their faces. Matter of fact, I saw one employee prod another employee to take my order at the register. I ordered my customary donuts and hot chocolate, with whipped cream, and waited for my order to be processed. As customers cancelled their orders some had waited 35 minutes or more, I was finally approached by somebody who asked what I had ordered. After about 10 minutes I walked out and although the donuts were good, the Hot chocolate, unfortunately, reminded me of dirty dishwater and was tasteless. For almost $3.50 you would expect better at least a glimmer of whipped cream! Here is a hint to management. Communicate with your customers! Tell them you are having equipment problems and there will be delays and for those who can’t wait offer a refund and the possibility of a credit for their next purchase. People understand that “S” happens. What they don’t understand is not being told. It’s called training or you will lose more customers than you lost today.

Needs new management and a new team. Placed a walk in mobile order only to get there to doors being locked and to be told to get in long drive through line when my order was ready on the counter. I always place mobile pick up order because the speed of service and service in general is horrendous. I left without my order. I was not going to wait 1 hour to get my order that was ready in the lobby on counter.

I love Dunkin but this location, not so much. The drinks often taste poorly made, the donuts often seem to be a bit stale, and there even was a time when I received a cup with a crack in it, which slowly leaked out. Employees are always courteous and friendly. I get the sad feeling that most of the employees here are overworked and/or under paid. Unfortunately, I now go elsewhere for caffineated beverages after being repeatedly disappointed. 🙁

I feel so catfishd by this location the outside & interior look beautiful but the the drinks & food we ordered were not good looked nothing like the picture & bread on breakfast sandwich wasn’t even toasted Doughnuts also tasted stail. Would not recommend Just support a mom & pop shop. It will mostly likely be better than thos location

I was helped by a nice young girl, 100% good service from.her, I didn’t mind the 15 min waiting time, the problem is that when I got my drink the big lady that works there told me to go to other location as they have more staff. Sorry that they’re short on work force but I’m just a customer buying a cup of coffee. And the coffee tasted just like water with ice. There’s the coffee cup

Servers don’t listen, i have to keep repeating order. And clean up the trash outside once in a while. Got to work and they had chopped all the bagels in half instead of slicing, who does that? Last tine i went i had to repeat order twice. Had to wait because only 1 employee at walk in while 4 employees stood around talking at drive up window. No parking, had to park in neighboring center and walk back.

The new manager isn’t the most pleasant and this location (recently) will NOT allow dogs – so just be warned. Employees seem less happy now, which is sad. I used to enjoy everyone’s friendly and awesome service.
