the staff was so rude to us. they yelled at me & my friends for talking & laughing. they are extremely strict on us leaving right at 10. they did kick us out at 10 which was rude. i do not want to attend here again. food was bad. there was a leaf in my friends food. they added more things that my friend did not want. i will not be back here.

So my family and I go here every week for taco Tuesday without fail and the food has been great! Staff has consistently been kind and taken care of us, but there is a new employee there who has treated us with disrespect and been an overall rude person. She is a middle-aged woman with auburn hair and she smokes. In case the owner of this location is reading this, you are going to lose customers if she continues to treat people this way. I personally feel sorry for her because she is obviously not a happy person and has made a poor choice by being in the service industry.

I ordered via the chipotle app 15 minutes ahead of my arrival to pick up and go home to eat. Portion size was absolutely Abyssimal. I thought I’m overthinking when I grabbed the order but when I came home and opened the bowl it was a tiny portion size despite me asking for extra rice and cheese. It was not even half rice and/or half cheese. (I’m a 120lbs guy and even I won’t be full from eating this meal worth $11). The bowl weighed maybe 1/2lb including itself. Will never come back to at least this location for now and if this continues across other locations then chipotle period. Few years ago chipotle made the bowl itself physically smaller and now this. Ridiculous how far corporate greed can go to start the ruin of a health/tasty fast food chain.

Used to come to this location all the time until the grumpy middle aged lady started working here. She’s kinda rude and generally unfriendly and sweeps under me at the table before I’ve even started eating which is weird. I’ll just give it a couple months until she’s moved on or fired before I go back. She needs to not be in customer service lol

Will never go back. Bad experience and tried to get to speak with store manager. Had to go to a central customer service area. They took my info and never heard back from anyone. Went to the store a few days ago. Finally spoke to what I was told was the manager. A young 20something guy who folded his arms and swayed back and forth as I talked. All he said was sorry you had a bad experience. Didn’t care at all. It is what it is so I adopted the same attitude to the shop and it is what it is as I spend my $$ elsewhere.

Food is good if it’s available, they’ve run out of chicken 3 times during peak hours and had to wait 20 minutes. What gets me is that they run out and don’t even have the grill going to cook more. Not a good idea to run out then all the sudden start cooking. Not sure what’s happened with Chipotle but as a whole they’ve gone down hill since Covid. They make you stand and wait because they do online orders first, always out of food, and eating area is always dirty.

I haven’t been to Chipotle in several months. A simple bowl with a drink and guacamole was $17. Geez! I was very surprised. $2.90 for a soda and $2.60 for reasonable scoop of guacamole. Seriously? Talk about sticker shock. My sister’s dish was $19. I believe this is considerably overpriced. That is why it gave you 2 stars.
