When your very difficult to please, Viennese father, with 40 years as General manager in the luxury hotel business, likes the dinner… you know you’ve done something right!

From the moment you are greeted by the door man everything is amazing. As soon as you walk in you realize that this place isn’t a normal steakhouse. Yes it’s classy as fast as the food goes but it pretty laid back, you won’t feel under dressed walking in wearing jeans, button shirt and shoes… It was a special occasion for us and as we were seated are table had a card from signed by the staff welcoming us and hoping we enjoy our night with them. Our server known as Boston Eddie was amazing, brought us complementary champagne and also had the kitchen bring out an order of duck fat fried truffle fries (which aren’t on the menu). We put in our entire order but we were able to tell him when we wanted the dish, and not be rushed. Everything was amazing from the front door, to the service, the food and to the moment you walk out. I highly recommend this steakhouse and if you do go, try and get seated in Boston Eddie’s section.

I really wanted to give a better review. The place could have been a slam dunk across the board and a place I’d definitely consider returning to. The food and initial service were actually quite excellent. Things came out at a slow but not unreasonable pace. The prices are not cheap but they aren’t outrageous for an upscale steakhouse.

Stay away from the duck fat fries. Great place for happy hour. The hh truffle burger was tasty. The hh duck fat fries were awful, overdone and dry.

Not sure which to rave about first between the food or service and staff. I’ve been to a lot of great places but this place stands out above all. Everyone seems happy to work there and has a sense of pride in what they do. From the steaks to the seafood you can’t go wrong. And the sides, are a treat in themselves. If you’re looking for a new favorite restaurant, look no further.

Amazing dining experience! It was great meeting James, the General Manager, he personally thanked us for dining and ensured we were having a great time. Tonya, Jim, Cody, Scott, and everyone we interacted with were very friendly and professional. We will be back!

We came here last year for our work holiday party. And thought it be just as great. That changed a few things like how and when you ordered, and how soon you’d get your meal.

I would have loved to give this place more stars, but there were two main drivers that lowered it for me. The first was the obscenely loud music – so loud I had trouble hearing the servers and felt like I had to yell back at them. I thought I was walking into a club. At one point a manager came to our table and apologized saying he received our complaint and asked to have the music turned down. However it wasn’t us that complained and the music was not lowered as I continued to receive alerts about the decibel level on my watch. Please decide if you want to be a club, or a fine dining establishment where people want to enjoy a nice meal. They don’t pair well together. The other driver was a combination of our steak orders getting mixed up, and empty waters and cocktails which were a little slow to be refilled, which I would not expect at a place I’m paying $600+ for two people. I will say the food was excellent, and everyone who served us were great. Perhaps they had an off night, but again the biggest issue was not being able to have a conversation with the person across from me.

One of the best steak houses in Seattle. Kids devoured their meal and even the left overs tasted great a couple of days later at home. Host was a bit of a challenge wanting to deny seating us, due to “managers orders”, but we had an online reservation and after showing it to him they gave us our seat. Definitely reserve beforehand to avoid any of these clowneries.

Very good. Chicken was extremely tender with a tasty sauce. Dessert had an exceptional caramel topping. Pork belly bacon appetizer was quite delicious. Lots of new staff in training when we visited, but the bar tenders were top notch.
