Been coming to this location for years and always left happy until recently, they’re often forgetting our sides. Several times my spicy is actually regular and one time I caught it too late. Today I ordered food for my elderly father in law and got myself wings. After I order and go pay in drive through they tell me it’ll be another 10min for the wings and I nicely say that’s okay, 30min later of waiting it’s already dark and I go ask nicely for a refund. Nobody apologized or offered an explanation. I love the food here but this was completely unacceptable. The counter was full w employees and nobody could get my wings in under 30min. I went home hungry this day. And my father in law’s food was cold when it got to him.

Always a good experience at Golden Chick in La Joya. They almost always have exactly what I go there for…instead of having to pick and choose from whatever they may only have available at the time. Friendly & polite service. Only negative thing is the wait time at the drive though however this time around, given there were three vehicles in front of me, I was in & out within about 20 minutes.

Employees very rude, talking and laughing between them ignoring us, NEVER looked at us to say can I take your order we were in line for 10 minutes they never took our order we left. I don’t recommend the one in La Joya, TX DONT HIRE UNPROFESSIONAL INMATURE PEOPLE!!!

I enjoy Golden Chick chicken. I have to wait every time for the chicken yes it will be hot and fresh when I finally get it, but tell the customer that it will take time to fill the order. I understand fast food places get busy but it’s lunchtime you should be ready for small and big orders

Your food is awesome, don’t have to complain about that. But your workers…. Wow…. They need to organize themselves and just give better customer service. They don’t welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home. We see them taking there sweet time getting our orders complete. You need more efficient workers and be more quick in serving.
