The food was delicious. It takes a good minute to get your food, so if you are hungry, make sure you get ready to wait to get your food. Our waitress was super friendly and went above and beyond for us. The only reason why I am giving it a 4-star review is because while we were waiting to be seated, we witnessed a fight between employees and the manager. We could feel the tension in the air, but we still gave it a chance to have a good time.

Stopped in for breakfast, hadn’t been to this location in a very long time. I was quite impressed the minute I walked in. There was a coffee shop station, lots of booths and an atrium with small tables. Patricia C was my waitress, and she was very pleasant. She didn’t rush for me to order but wasn’t constantly hovering. I ordered the fluffy French toast combo. The food was decent, but beware, the French toast can be a sugar overdose. Thanks again, Patricia, for your hospitality and fantastic smile.

Great place for the kids and good prices. The lines here are long even though they have a lot of open tables. The wait averaged over 30 minutes. The food was average but what you would expect at these prices. It is a very clean restaurant. Only come here if you don’t mind a 30+ minute wait.

I am happy to admit we actually had an all around wonderful and delicious experience at this IHOP. Our waitress Dawn was attentive, on point, accommodating and made the excursion there fun and friendly….couldn’t have asked for more from her. Dawn also gave great recommendations and we ended up genuinely enjoying everything we ordered. I would come here again any day. I am pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed going to this IHOP…a shout out to the chef and to our server Dawn Yanker for making our early morning outing outstanding!

Food is basic and bland. We ask for crispy bacon and it’s floppy. Gets taken back in a napkin and brought back but it’s infuriating when you order the simplest dish and they fail to have the simple knowledge to even follow the easiest of directions and just COOK THE ORDER AS IT’S ORDERED.

The manager was the one who helped us. She was phenomenal!! They must’ve been short handed because she seated us, waited our table AND was back there cooking! Through all of this, she had exceptional customer service and genuinely cared how our service was. She was awesome!! Thank you! I even mentioned how great she was to an employee and the employee said yes that’s the manager she is pretty awesome. When your employees think the world of you that says a lot.

Maybe teach your staff to be more friendlier. I work in customer service and I know better not to be rude. I get it it was a breakfast rush but still. No reason to be rude when my party was patient. Management should really focus on that.

Eggs were overcooked. Not nearly enough gravy for the (good sized) country fried steak. A bit disappointed in the quality of the food. Coffee was VERY strong. I’ve been here many times during off breakfast hours. I won’t be back for breakfast hours again. I’ll go somewhere else.
