It’s good but not exceptional, The toppings were very good, the Pattie’s themselves had no seasoning on them. Better than Burger King. Equal to Jacks. Except Jacks isn’t $15 for a double cheeseburger and drink, and no fries.

Food is always excellent and is 5 stars. I’m giving only 4 stars due to tip shaming customers. I despise it when I’m asked if I want to tip before I even receive service… this is the most ridiculous practice that needs to stop. I also refuse to tip when no additional “service” is performed… like waiting on me at a table or refilling drinks or even bussing the table. For companies that encourages this practice, it’s just rude and inappropriate. If the problem is employee satisfaction, you should pay your people better… and raise your prices accordingly if that is needed.
