Fazoli’s is a one of a kind experience blending fast food with amazing Italian food that would be expected to take longer to serve. The food was piping hot and delivered to the table. The flavor was delicious and the staff was super friendly. Overall the restaurant was very clean and they kept the bread sticks coming the entire time! Can’t wait to come back for more!!!

I had a good time with my family each time that we have eaten here. In general, the food is very reasonably priced. For a fast food Italian place. It certainly hits the spot. I can commend the workers at this place for their kindness. I’ve never had any issues here and this is a store that I return to frequently.

Nice little place. The gal that took our order was so pleasant & helpful. Good fresh food, decent prices & well-maintained. We were on a trip & stayed in the Overland Park area for a week. We were so pleased with Fazzoli’s we ate there 3 times during our stay!! Thank you folks!!

The one in Overland Park ks, the guy taking are order was very nice but this lady staff threw my food and was arguing because it wasn’t what I ordered. Telling me that this way is cheaper, it’s not hard it was broccoli chicken Alfredo loaded, sub the noodles for broccoli. Threw my plant and went and made fun of me brought the right order back threw it on threw it on the table saying hers you’re low crab food.

I went to the drive thru and ordered some food with special requests. Kevin was very kind and patient when taking my order. Went to the window and was greeted with a smile, kindness and enthusiasm. My order was prompt and everything was correct to how I specified. They have been awesome with customer service the last several times I went thru the drive thru. I will go to this location often.
