High quality food, great service. Consistently good for the decade or more I have been going there. Prices are creeping up a bit but still one of the best values around. Ordered the veal piccata at the waiter’s recommendation that it was the best in town. He was not lying. It is how hard to describe how perfect the veal piccata was. Generous portion, cooked perfectly, juicy, tender, and bursting with flavor through the last bite. I have never had a bad meal at Christo’s, but I am not sure I will be able to order another dish again. The veal piccata comes with a side of vegetables, which were solid, and soup and salad. The tomato cream soup was freshly made and really good. The salad was good with a house made mustard vinaigrette. The waiter was old school and very friendly and provided excellent service along with the busboy. Really solid old school Italian joint even though I think the owners might be Greek.

Delicious food, great atmosphere, authentic and tasty Italian food. Loved the professional waiters experience…. The Ciuppino was amazing, served over pasta vs just sauce… the Ceasar salad was tasty, using real anchovies. A must try.

Fall restaurant week starts here! The staff is welcoming like you’re family. Their menu was unique and the portions are well worth the price. We took our dessert home. 1st time here and looking forward to returning.

This was a new to me restaurant, just what I like. Gigi and I were in Phoenix for a doctor’s appointment and our friend suggested Christo’s for lunch. Sorry, I forgot to photograph my Chicken Saltimbocca, it was yummy. Gigi gave her Gnocchi high marks as well. The staff and service was so attentive, I actually felt over served. My iced tea glass was always full and our waitress returned several times.

Food here is top notch. I had the Veal Genovese, prepared with lemon sauce/artichokes/mushrooms/ hint of garlic. The Veal is very tender and the sauce is excellent, always a great choice. One of the few Italian restaurants that doesn’t serve pasta as default with this entree, comes with vegetable medley and thats excellent also. Had the mussels in marinara for an appetizer which is also to notch. The menu definitely has something for everyone, but if you’re a veal person, you definitely have to get that at Christos!

This restaurant was great. Food was awesome, service was top notch. I took my wife for her Birthday. The waiter overheard us talking about her birthday and he brought out a dessert for her with a candle on it. Dinner came with a soup and salad. Borh were fantastic. The table bread was great, it went well with the soup. Main dish was so delicious. Definitely recommend giving this place a try.

Love this place! Yes we piled the freshly grated cheese on top but it only added to the deliciousness that was already there.

The last time I was there was some 20 years ago, and the food, service, and atmosphere were incredible then. Our office would go there often for celebrations. A very good friend had her retirement celebration there, so I attended. As Gomer Pyle, USMC would say, “surprise, surprise, surprise.” I had the lasagna. It was absolutely DELICIOUS and plentiful. The service is incredible. The atmosphere was as authentic as it was 20 years ago. You can tell the moment you walk in – all IS wonderful! And when you have chefs that stay 20 years or more, the food IS going to be authentic and wonderful. I shouldn’t have been surprised as quality is quality. Christo’s has been around a long time, same place, same chefs and same great food and service. I forgot how great this place really is. I will be going back. Highly, highly recommend for any occasion and all occasions (they have a really nice “secret room” for special occasions). Tell them Joesepie sent you!

Celebrated my birthday dinner here in April. This place has been on my bucket list for awhile now. Heard only good things and they’re all spot on. The food was wonderful. Our server, Salvatore or Santino, has been there over 20 years and his service was impeccable. Had to get used to the lighting but that’s about it. The entire dining experience was flawless. Their Escargot Bourgogne is tied for the best I’ve ever had. I am so coming back as often as I can! If you haven’t been here yet, put it on your list. I promise you won’t regret it!
