The BBQ bacon pizza was terrible, the crust was too hard it was barely any bacon on it too much BBQ seasoning. I had some slices that didn’t even have any bacon on it, you would’ve thought it was a shortage on the bacon. I hated it, it’s never like the advertisement.

I haven’t been to Little Caesars in about a year because every time I went the customer service was awful, and the hot and ready pizza was never a hot nor ready. BUT I tried the Little Caesars app today. I ordered from the app and paid. It said it would be ready in 20mins. I went there expecting to have to wait an additional 20 to 30 minutes like in the past, BUT I walked in, put my number (code) in the heated machine, and got my food. While I was putting my number in the cashier got and placed my sauces on the counter for me. The food WAS hot and ready.

The unprofessional man with dreadlocks stated he was the manager I asked for extra most best pizza with extra sauce I ordered through the online portal. When I saw my pizza I said this is not extra most best. He then stated that he had made me several pizzas. That is a lie because you only get one code for online portal. Once that code is used you cannot use that code again. There was about 10 people in there and they all stated that my pizza did not look like extra most best. His own staff at the cash register started laughing because she knew he was lying and I had sat there for an hour waiting on a pizza. I had just ordered a extra most best pizza from the same place a couple of days prior and therefore I knew it should have plenty of pepperoni on it. I waited almost an hour for one pizza that they never gave me this man stated he has been there for 4 years. I do not understand why Little Caesars would allow this man a leadership position when he lies in front of his staff and argues with a customer when all I ask was for the pizza to be made over. And he did this in front of several other customers. All I asked him to do was make my pizza the right wa. you have cameras play them back.

I’m so shocked about what happened tonight. The employee bought me dinner. I asked him if he was serious. I don’t know why he did what he but he was a blessing to me. The food was good and hot. The store was busy but all the employees was working very hard to get everyone out as fast as they could.

Order pizza waited for 30 mins. Wasn’t even ready when came in. The crazy bread wasn’t cooked right. It was soggy and disgusting. And the pizza wasnt cut properly. I would never go here again. The food made me and my sister’s sick to our stomach.
