I attended a wedding catered by SoCo and everything was absolutely delicious. I generally expect to be kind of disappointed at a wedding buffet, but everything from the brisket and pulled pork to the Mac n cheese and green beans were fantastic. Highly recommend! I’m still thinking about it today. The owners were very friendly as well.

I just want to start off by saying that if there were more stars to give I would. The food is absolutely amazing. The brisket is some of the best brisket that I have had…ever!, and I grew up in East and Hill Country Texas. I would rate SOCO 5 stars based solely on food but what really puts this company over the top for me is the ownership. The commitment to community, customer service, quality of food, and value is nearly unheard of anymore. This is the best BBQ in Southern Colorado hands down.

He customized my order to fit my budget, his family delivered right on time, and the food was unbelievably delicious Even our guest from TX said this was the best bbq he’s ever had!
