The pizza was pretty good. I had the pizza with half ham and half Italian sausage. The pizza was a thin crust pizza, roughly the thickness of a flatbread. It was served in a paper bag. The pizza was cut into square slices, and the slices did not correspond with the toppings as a couple of the slices were half and half. The side of the pizza with the Italian sausage was much better than the bacon side. It was warmer than the bacon side and had more cheese. The bacon itself was crunchy. The pizza as a whole was a little greasy. Overall, though, the pizza was of good taste and quality.

My family has been ordering Scrib’s Pizza since the 1960’s and it’s still my favorite place for pizza. It’s a shame for some of the bad reviews I read. For how many pizzas they make each week there’s bound to be a couple that are over or undercooked, but to publically voice your opinion to damage the reputation of a local family business seems unnecessary. Mistakes are bound to happen once in a while. We don’t always get a perfect pizza either, but for the most part they do a great job. For all the negative customers, feel free to stick to frozen or chain restaurant pizza. I’ll keep going to Scrib’s.

Great pizza and friendly staff! This was my first visit. The pizza was awesome and hot! The place was bustling with customers coming and going. We were the only customers inside since there is zero ambience. But it fed us well and so we were happy.

My family has been getting Scribs for decades, but lately it’s been declining. Our last order cinched it. A manager was dressing down an employee about something unrelated to the job they were trying to complete, and I couldn’t help to overhear it from 5 feet away. I’m sure that could have happened at the end of the dinner rush in an office.

My Mother tried to call to order pizza. After calling multiple times, a a recorded message would tell her that the line was busy and to call again. Once she finally got on the line she was rudely cut off and told to “stop calling, you are interfering with business, the police have been notified and you have been blocked. We have ordered from scribs before and were confused from this interaction. Calling multiple times for scribs isn’t unheard of, instead of taking frustration out on customers, a new system should be put into place.

Ok so years ago I visited family back in my hometown. My parents and I moved away in 1995. So yeah it had been a minute. I am always happy to see family, however I couldn’t contain my excitement knowing that I would be reunited with my childhood favorite pizza Mr. Scribs!!!! Ya’ll seriously they have always been so good! Back in the day, their fried smelt, any pizza with with extra cheese packaged in those white bags…..chile please! The aroma alone is one of a kind! Ok so this past weekend my awesome cousins took a 13 hour drive and brought my beloved Mr. Scribs! Let’s just say, all is fairly well in the world right now! Side note, my cousins drove down for a wedding but hey, I’m gonna get my Scribs by any means neccessary lol! Check them out y’all!
