Touch and go with them. But all around decent and I live by 3 locations that are an equal distance from me. Unfortunately tonight the pizza was burnt in a few spots and lacked cheese,(it’s like u have to order the extra cheese to have any see pics) but still tasted alright. 26$ for 3 things and that was with a coupon! It’s ridiculous how expensive everything is.

I had delivery from here to a hotel I’m staying at around 1:30 or so this morning. I’m 2 blocks or less away. It took them 50 minutes to get here. The delivery man was friendly, but he didn’t bring the 2 litter of soda I ordered and already paid for. Then I got up to my room and my pizza was dry & burnt to the point I couldn’t eat it. I gave the guy a $15 tip, let me mention. So I waited too long (50 minutes) for a meal I only got half of (no drink) and unable to eat the other part. (Burnt & dry) I should have just gave them the $40 for fun. That’s pretty much what I did, I’m very unhappy.

Really bad. Arrived burnt and cold. Requested contactless delivery to my unit. Provided access code. Instead the driver called me and said I’ll leave it in your vestibule- which is not secure. When I said, I requested delivery to my unit, he got a little snippy and said “well you’ll need to buzz me in” – when I was trying to give him the code (which was clearly written out in the delivery instructions), one of my neighbors let him in. First and last time ordering here.

Ordered a pizza pretty late because I know they’re open late. The app said the food would be ready by 1:06. I show up to locked doors at 1:15 (not knowing that they close at 1 during the week instead of 2) and they’ve already canceled the order and “thrown the pizza out.” If the app said my food would be ready after the store closes, how am I supposed to pick up my food? Glad I didn’t pay through the app this time. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for almost three years. Quality and service at this location have gone down a lot in the past few months. Won’t be ordering from this location much anymore.

Wouldn’t typically leave a review. But my experience doesn’t match up with the bad reviews. The tracker said my order was delivered for a few minutes, so I called the store. They answered pretty quickly and said they were having issues with the tracking, but he’d call the delivery driver and make sure. Delivery arrived very shortly after. Pizza was perfectly good and typical of dominos orders elsewhere. Nice delivery driver and the employee I spoke to on the phone. I’ve only ordered here this one time so far, but I have no complaints.

My experience with this pizza company’s delivery was highly unsatisfactory. While monitoring the Domino’s pizza tracker, I observed the progress, and the initial steps seemed promising, progressing smoothly and on track for a reasonable delivery time. However, things took a turn when it reached the quality control stage, where my pizza seemed to undergo an excessively lengthy inspection, consuming an entire hour. Subsequently, the delivery speed met my expectations, but unfortunately, as anticipated, the pizza arrived cold.

Fantastic night crew. I accidentally ordered to the wrong address (my work) and the driver tried to reason with his manager to see if he could deliver it near closing (1AM). The Manager told me he couldn’t per policy but that he’d keep the store open past hours if I wanted to come and grab it. When I got there, I was greeted well and parted with his smile. You just can’t beat that!
