I love firehouse subs. But I had an order that was wrong. I called over they said just come back one day and we will replace it. I went in today. The First Gentleman was willing to help. But he had to get his manager approval. The manager came out with an attitude. Said we will do it this time. But it’s a courtesy. We don’t do things like this. This is the only time. He was talking to me in a very condescending tone. So I told him don’t worry about it. Clearly you don’t want to help. Waiting for the owner to call me. This is theft!

My wife & I stopped in yesterday. Line seemed a little long, but we knew the service there is always quick.. So we waited… Simply asked the gentleman how his day was going… And he was caught off guard stating ” Wow.. Nobody asked me that today, thank you very much ” …. So I finally saw that I had a Firehouse Subs location close to me. My wife and I tried it and were impressed with the inside. Very clean. They greet you when you walk in but having said this, the day we went the 2 guys barely showed interest as they greeted you. The menu is quite easy and it is simple and quick to order your food. The prices are about same as you would find ordering same amount of food at say Subway. What I really like about these guys is they actually donate to emergency services in their areas. Nobody actually donates anything nowadays. I found out though after it all that they have a round up at time of sale which donates everything rounded up to local fire dept. I purchased their 5 gal buckets for 3$ each and 100% of that goes into fire depts so that is awesome and who can’t always use another 5 gal bucket? Anyway,

It was my first time going, I had heard good things. I got the jerk turkey sandwich and Doritos. We ate at 6 o’clock then went over and seen a movie. Got home around 9 o’clock, no more than 10 minutes after walking in the front door ,Had to run for the toilet.

The quality of the bread and deli meats are outstanding, as are the staff here. One of my favorite things about Firehouse Subs (other than the benefits afforded to Firefighters) is that they fully cut/separate the top of the sub roll from the bottom… making it so much easier to eat, and you get deli meat, bread, and veggies/condiments in every bite. Competitors seem to slice the roll like a hotdog roll, and you get bites of just toppings, of just deli meats, or just bread.

They are one of our fav sub places around, and especially this particular location. John is very hard working and keeps this store SO clean and everyone has always been friendly to us here. We haven’t had a sub we didn’t like, and we feel they are always generous with the meat compared to other sub places, plus I love that they donate to a good cause. We are and will be returning customers.
