Here at Fratelli’s we want you to enjoy a true Italian style pizza. We make our own dough using flour imported from Italy, hand toss it, top it and bake it in our wood-fired brick oven. You won’t find many of our ingredients on other pizza menus – most of our toppings are ones you would find on pizzas in Italy. The quantities complement rather then overwhelm the simple flavor of our crust and sauce. We hope you enjoy eating our pizzas as much as we enjoy making them for you!
Wood-fired pizzas with inventive toppings are served in a brick-walled space with counter service. Based on 378 reviews, the restaurant has received a rating of 4.6 stars. Price $$

Wonderfully delicious pizza in a quaint cafe setting in historic downtown Siloam Springs near Sager Creek. Incredibly fresh, super delicious and awesome service. We’ll be back! I highly recommend the Fireeater Pizza on Cauliflower Crust! So incredible!

My wife and I were in Siloam Springs on a little bit of business. It was king of late in the day and we need food so we gave this place a chance. The food was good, the service was excellent, and pricing was reasonable. It was located in the historic district and it and all surrounding store were really nice.

What a neat little pizza joint downtown in Siloam Springs. They have a tremendous number of out of the ordinary pizza combinations. This is definitely a place to stop if you are tired of chain pizza. We started with Cheesy Pesto Breadsticks. These were really good, with the pesto really elevating the flavor of the breadsticks. Our daughter had a 3 pigs Stromboli, which she really enj6oyed. My wife and I had a half Un sacco di Pepperoni Pizza and half 1492. I must say the gorgonzola cheese on the 1492 added a very pleasant bite to the pizza cutting through the sweetness of the tomato sauce for a very unique flavor profile. It’s definitely worth trying. The gelato, while not made in the house, was still very good and a satisfying way to end the meal. I will add that with a name like Fratelli’s, they have to add, “The Sloth”. It would be a Baby Ruth inspired desert pizza. IYKYK

This hidden gem is amazing! I love that the pizza wasn’t all crust like most places. Crust is perfect I loved the flavor! The winners for sure were the Pesto Cheese Bread. I loved the spinach and artichoke pizza I got half chicken Alfredo it was also good but overall my favorite was the spinach and artichoke! Parmesan cheese was $1 for a 3 oz cup but it’s freshly grated! I did try the side salad with their house dressing it was good not my favorite it just tasted a little strong. We will definitely be coming back we had a whole pizza left my husband got a personalized pizza and he also loved it! We’re gonna share our leftovers with family so they can come and try!

A nice spot for pizza in downtown Siloam Springs. The ambiance is charming with exposed brick and a window to see into the kitchen. We had pizza and stromboli. It was all solid, including the gluten free crust. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the meatball toppings appeared (and tasted) like they were made from frozen.

About a decade and a half ago I sold everything I owned to move to Italy briefly and then Sicily. It was very much a chubby man’s food tour. It spoiled me beyond what I could understand at the time. Since returning to America I have been on a search for a pizza here even close to an average pizza there. Today I found it a Fratelli’s. I ordered a Margarita pizza for myself because if a place can’t do that right they should put the Peel away. It was so good, I have worked fast food pizza places to artisanal pizzerias. From conveyor belt assembly line ovens to top of the line gas brick ovens. Nothing I could make at these places compares to the wood oven taste.

Food was amazing. We had the 1492 and the Bruschetta, and both were fantastic. We were there on a holiday weekend, so the staff was swamped, but the good came quickly and was served with a smile. Thanks, Sarah! Definitely will be back.

We drove to Siloam Springs from our campsite for a nice dinner and we picked Fratelli’s based on their reviews and was sadly disappointed. The fountain drinks were not enjoyable and we were charged for changing from one soda to another. The pizza was “okay”, but the bottoms were so burnt that we couldn’t taste anything else. When we voiced this, they said it was because it’s wood fired. This is not the first time we have had wood fired pizza, and burnt bread has never been common. I did however enjoy their Gelato. Overall the unsatisfied dinner cost us $90. I would not recommend this restaurant, but it could have just been a bad night for them.
