I wanted to give 5 stars as the young man (Adam I believe) that was handling drive thru orders came over and took my order (at the counter inside) as no one else was. When the other young man brought me my order he put plastic ware in the bag and I told him I didn’t need it. Another lady that I assume was a supervisor/manager said it was already in the bag which made no sense as I had not even touched the bag. They would not remove it. I usually go through the drive thru but being it a holiday weekend the drive thru line was a bit long so I decided to go in to place my order. If I tell you that I don’t need plastic ware please keep it. I’m sure it’s not going to save you millions of dollars but it could save a little if you didn’t just throw it in everyone’s to go order. Just to be clear the young man that works at the window gets 5 stars.

Found all Hardee’s are not created the same. Different menus, different food promotions. Wait times are bad. We stopped for gas on a trip to SC several times and there was always a Hardee’s there. Could not get the sandwich you wanted because they were out of lettuce or tomatoes or cleaning the fryer, no fries.

The doors are locked at Breakfast and service is not better at Drive thru. I don’t know about others, but I would like to be able to sit down and enjoy my meal. Drive thru service needs improvement.

I got there at 11:00 am. Ordered 4 Hotdogs and a coke. The car in front of me had pulled up after order not ready. My order took 20 min to receive. 2 days in a row same thing.

Most of the workers are rude. Pulled up to get my food and the lady didn’t even speak. I didn’t speak just to see if they would. She just handed me my food without even saying have nice day or even thank me for coming. I got apple pies, I got over half way to my house and turned around to go back because my pies were burnt on the inside not even hardly no apple sauce or apples in it due to it being burnt.

Alot of standing around by the employees and when we placed our order the girl who took our order spoke so quietly we had to have her repeat. Literally the laziest workers I have ever seen. We had to wait for 20 mins to get our food when there were no other orders placed. No one cooking at all
