Ordered one hand tossed with pepperoni, and one hand tossed with extra cheese for my girlfriend. The pepperoni pizza was fine, and it seemed like it had extra cheese. The EXTRA cheese pizza however was burnt, thin, it literally looked like they forgot about it for a couple days and basically it had no cheese on it. Was not edible. I took that one and gave her the pepperoni because the difference was just night and day. Won’t be back here, it’s gross. Don’t trust their two hand tossed for $16 deal. You charged me $2 extra for a pizza that didn’t even have the regular amount of cheese. How do you mess up a pizza with literally no toppings

I love pizza hut! The food is almost always excellent but I do feel in the past few months their staff shows a lack of training. I wanted a personal pan pizza and usually place an order online but I called it in and the lady told me they did not have personal pans. I told her yes they do I order them all the time…also ordered cheese sticks and she said they have cheesy bread…I told her I never heard it called that but ok. I arrived to pick my order up and had to pull my previous orders up on my phone to prove they do in fact have personal pans..( Book it program ) finally a cook came up and finished the transaction. I am not sure if she just wasn’t trained or also a chance the lady was a bit… high. I’m not sure but the experience was odd but it was also rare so I will continue to do business with them as I love their food and usually staff is friendly and food is correct.

Very upset with this Pizza Hut in Morehead Ky I waited over an hour for my order that I purchased on 06/17/23 at 5:22pm EST and I did not receive my order til 6:49pmEST and the order was totally wrong and plus it was very cold because of the long wait. this place does not care about if your order is right or not and I have reached out to head quarters all I’m asking for is my refund thank you

I called to order and got Memphis, Tennessee to begin with. I was told that this is what happens when there is no answer at the store that I called. I was able to order through there. When I arrived at the store in Morehead, ky. The pizza had just come out of the oven burnt. I said that I did not want it! The guy that gave it to me said they all come out that way however, I convinced him to have it made again. My wife and Myself went to Pizza Hut in Morehead Ky today for the lunch buffet was charged $26.99 and all we got to eat was 4slices of pizza and 2 breadsticks. Buffet was never had more than a couple Pizzas on it NO pasta at all!! Salad had soured tomatoes on it no Italian Dressing, One of the Biggest reasons I like their Salad Bar. 24 Customers eating the Buffett and only 3 employees. Customer asked about slow food on Buffett and was told restaurant wasn’t expecting this many people. WISH I COULD CHOOSE 0 STARS!!!
