Had a mess up on our order due to the Slice app… my husband picked up our order not knowing the pizza order he took home was wrong. I called Old Plank and one of the owners got on the phone right away and was super apologetic and immediately remade our pizza order and her husband delivered it super quick! The pizza, beef sandwich, and mozzarella sticks we ordered were all delicious, and the customer service is TOP NOTCH! This will definitely be our go to pizza place!

Our first time trying the pizza here and it was awesome. We are picky pizza eaters and have already ordered a second time. Both times, the staff was friendly, the pizza was tasty, and the delivery of the pizza was quick. This is our new pizza place and we recommend it to everyone. Keep up the good work.

We held our annual Girl Scout Leader appreciation dinner here and it was such a wonderful experience. The owners and staff were friendly and helpful in every step of the process. They had tables set up when we arrived and helped us order enough food but not too much. Appetizers, salad, pizzas and drinks. The food & service were terrific, and the evening was too. Thank you for a lovely night.

I recently hosted a party in the dining room at Old Plank Pizza CO. It was wonderful! The owner was quick to answer all of my questions through email in the weeks leading up to the event. The food was great. The servers were attentive and accommodating. I felt the prices were good. Overall a great experience!

Stopped in after walking around the area and glad I did! Great slice of sausage pizza! Perfect amount of cheese and sausage. Top it off (I think the owner is the super fit guy) and the staff were so kind and friendly.

First time stopping in tonight. Love the really thin tavern style pizza. We also got the fried dough balls which we both enjoyed and tried a beef sandwich as well. The beef comes on garlic bread but is more like an open face sandwich which was different but we definitely liked it. Staff was also very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Went in tonight to try them out. We got a few beef sandwiches off their specialty sandwich menu and they were great! We also got an order of fries that were not greasy and perfectly cooked and seasoned. The owners were there and very friendly! I’m looking forward to visiting again and glad that there is a great new family owned business in Frankfort! They mentioned they hope to have their dining room open next week and eventually will extend their hours to include lunch. I’ll have to try the pizza next. Best of luck to them and their new business! I’m sure they’ll do well!
