I get pizza here like 2-3 times a month. I don’t really have the money to eat out often. I only get carry out and The employees inside are always friendly. I’ve never had a bad pizza and I love that the bread sticks aren’t all greasy like other places.

I ordered some pizza from this location this evening. The time was good, and normally this location is satisfactory but tonight it was not. The first issue was I gave orders for them to call me while out front. Instead they rang the doorbell at 10:10pm when my 6 year old was asleep and it riled my 2 dogs. Then trying get pizza one dog got out and I had to chase him. Then I got food inside and it was less then desirable. It looked like they threw it together in a hurry then dropped it and smashed on the car ride over. So bad my wife kept asking what happened to the pizza.

Order was running over an hour late from the 25mins I was told, I call store and before I could get my full sentence out the store manager cut me off and was completely disrespectful. Zero customer service skills. I requested a refund but he hung up on me. I’ll be calling tomorrow day shift in hopes to speak with a decent human. I never received my pizza and I will never order from this location again. He claims his name is Bryant but I highly doubt that.

Got the stuffed crust pizza, the pizza was so limp. Like when you are eating pizza it’s suppose to be eaten without having everything sag down. Very unpleasant, paid how much to have soggy pizza. Do not recommend, will not order from papa John’s again. Much better cheese stuffed crust pizza else were.

The sauce is good but the product is very inconsistent. I got two pizzas that had a 2-3″ wide perimeter w/ NO SAUCE or cheese. So a large is really a meduim. I’d avoid the chicken topping; too much gristle. Overall, the pizza is nowhere as good as it used to be. Avoid

One star cause I can’t do zero stars. This is the worst papa John’s ever. We made an order for take out and waited about 25 min and then headed up to the store when we got there we were told our order didn’t exist. So after checking our email it said that after they tried calling us multiple times (which wasn’t true not one call was received) so then we decided to just put another order in and wait. We were told that now there are 3 orders ahead of ours so whatever we decided to wait because papa John’s usually tastes bomb. When we got home and checked our pizza two out of the three pizzas we’re not even cooked, the bubbles were not rolled out, barely any cheese and missing ingredients.. oh and there was only one person manning the store when we first got there by the time we were waiting on our second order another staff member arrived but they were not really helping with speeding anything up. Anyways, this location should be shut down.

Just don’t order from here. I placed an order online for pickup and went to the store 35 minutes after I placed the order. I waited another 30 minutes in the store, which was about 90 degrees inside (those guys in there were miserable and I don’t blame them). I showed my email receipt with the order and store location, confirming I was in the right place. They had no record of my order and just shrugged when I asked what’s next. I walked out with no pizza. I literally wasted an hour of my life to get nothing. I ended up getting a free pizza coupon from the online support, but I’d rather be hungry than try this again. Honestly it’s my fault for even giving this place a chance. Just pay the extra money for another non chain pizza place.
