Very, very disappointed. Ordered two big plates. Drove home to find out we got a portion of one meal. Called and supposedly talked to a manager. I simply wanted to be reimbursed. Instead the woman just wanted to argue that I got what we ordered. $27 for two entrees, not six! Feel totally ripped off.

Came here to get lunch and because I really craving orange chicken. The lobby was closed, I believe for remodeling so I had to go through the drive thru. The line was rather long upon arrival and I was worried it would be a long wait w not fresh food but I was wrong in both aspects. The food was fresh and delicious and the line moved rather quickly. I would return to this location.

The lobby is closed. Drive Thru is open. Visited around 6pm and was in line for 15 mins with 4 cars ahead of me. Ordered the double entree orange chicken and every single piece tastes like it was stuck to the side of a frying basket- metallic. The portion sizes have gone way down, quality, customer service… all gone.

Love Panda. However, I purchased 4 gift cards. My son went to the Fishers location for lunch. The drive thru person told him the card had a $0 balance and KEPT THE CARD! I have the receipt/activation for all 4 gift cards. (Others worked fine) I called the manager a total of 4 tines. She said she would mail/mailed the card back. It’s been 3 months. Nothing. Emailed corporate, waiting. So frustrating.
