He even repeated my order again when I paid at the window. The next young man that gave me my order may want to practice his customer service skills. Service is ridiculously slow. Only 2 people ahead of me this morning who had already ordered and were waiting. I waited 15 minutes after ordering, while 3 customers who came in behind me were given their food and left. Then I was asked what my order was and still waited another 5 minutes to get it. Plenty of people working, but noone seemed to know what to do. I don’t know if it’s poor task delegation by the managers or what. Then a customer came in who had been given the wrong food in the Drive Thru. Poor job by whomever was expediting. If you’re in a hurry I would suggest somewhere else.

Place an order on McDonald’s app. Go to get my food. The app crashes, after taking my money. Instead of giving me my order, the two managers on duty call me a liar, and tell me becaus they don’t have proof I can’t get my food or my money back. This is theft. To top it off, the managers kept talking down to me while smirking. This all from the people who can’t make a single Uber eats order right without mixing it up or forgetting something. Do yourself a favor and go to a different McDonald’s. Or eat ramen noodles. Healthier for you anyways, especially if you soak it in lard.
