I am appalled that this place is anti-Black and extremely racist and hostile. The guy working their with the glasses does not respect or like Black customers. He does not give Black customers eye contact and before taking a Black person’s order he likes to make Black customers wait and he would first complete the non-Black person entire order before the Black customer can order a simple donut. Furthermore he does not say thank you or greet Black customers. I am shocked that such a racist place exist in a supposedly diverse and ethnic friendly neighborhood -Squirrel Hill.

I wouldn’t even recommend this to my enemy… ordered 10 count of munchies and there was only 8 in it with a hair…. Then once we told this has hair and less amount than it should be, we have given look.. don’t even bother and order yourself sourdough breakfast sandwich, it really looks like it made out of Play Doh. Please see the picture of reference. Extremely poor quality of food and service. McDonald’s breakfast might be better.

Gosh, I love a good sweet – this location is friendly, fast and usually has the products you are looking for when you think of Dunkin Donuts. I often get disappointed by the lack of colorful offerings in some locations through-out Pittsburgh but this one is really always slamming with the Sprinkle Donuts!
