I feel the subs were pretty expensive for what they were. $14 per sub, I’m assuming because they use boars head meat but it didn’t really elevate the sub that much to me. The service was nice. The lady gave us a free drink when we realized we forgot to order one on the way out. The inside had a nice down home feeling as well.

I really wanted this place to be awesome. The little place is clean inside. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The bread is phenomenal! Boars Head products are great quality. There was just no WOW to the sandwich. I don’t know what they could have done differently or what I could’ve added, but if I’m paying $17 for a sandwich and a pickle, I don’t want it to taste like 10 bucks. The only other negative is that there is one girl making the sandwiches, so if there’s anyone else in the place, or if you’re competing with call-in orders, you are going to wait a long time. I waited nearly 30 minutes and I was the only person in the place. A woman called in a few sandwiches just as I was walking in.

I love a sub sandwich and I enjoy supporting local establishments. This one opened about 3 or 4 months ago and I have to be honest this is probably one of the best sub sandwiches I have ever had anywhere and that includes California. The bread was just slightly toasted as I requested and instead of ham I had turkey and Let Me Tell You Folks if you haven’t tried this place you need to try it, it is wonderful

The meat and freshness of the ingredients were absolutely 5+ stars. The homemade bread usually is always a plus for me, but in this case had areas, that had that uncooked doughy taste for me and although I do know others love that texture and taste, I’m not a fan of it, so hence the 4 stars. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly! Order ahead if your in a hurry as it was about a 15 minute wait or so for my order to come out and I was the only one in there at the time. They are open 11 to 3 Monday thru Saturday.

The amount of meat they give you in their sub sandwiches is mind blowing! We took a friend there for lunch and two of us (not me) couldn’t eat it all. The bread was to die for! Go and give it a try! Owned by a local family. ❤️

Their sandwiches are good. Bread is awesome. However, 35.00 bucks for 2 subs & a small container of potato salad… Is not something I will be doing again. Also the lady in the back that makes the subs is extremely rude. She glares at you when you come in & doesn’t stop. She seems angry that she has to make your food. It was uncomfortable to say the least & we almost just walked out. Maybe that’s why they charge so much & get your payment before they make it. Ha ha

I was skeptical when I first pulled in but let me tell you maybe the best subs I have ever had. We just happen to stop in along our 2 week road trip and I am so glad we did. Get what you pay for to anyone who says they are expensive.
