Taza is a good place for Mediterranean food. The flavors are excellent and the service superb. I’ll be back to give the another try sometime soon, but the gyro combination I had was a little tough and dry.

Went to Taza in Middleton last night and FEASTED. The decor and ambience is pretty meh over there and the food is FANTASTIC. So. Many. Vegan. Options. It isn’t often that I find something on a menu that I have never tried before at a Mediterranean restaurant, and I found a few things! The chickpea and bean stew was so delicious. I am an almost 50 year old Italian-American, and this was the most garlic I’ve ever had in one dish. That’s saying something. But I loved it. So much flavor. The pita bread is served soft, warm and steaming. We also got a spinach lentil soup, and a yellow pea dal that came with our meals as sides. The spinach pie can also be ordered vegan, and it is so rich. The spinach filling is creamy and flavorful, (you know sometimes that other places it can be dry, and this was not). It’s really exceptional. It also comes with a creamy tahini sauce that does not include dairy! Oh and does that say vegan baklava? YES IT DOES. We also had cardamom almond dates, and they were so perfect with a cup of decaf after the meal. I was truly in heaven. This place is a must visit. Super friendly service, but it would also be great as take out. I can’t wait to go back… I haven’t even tried the falafel yet!

Was excited to see a great place in Middleton but food was pretty eh. The presentation was great but almost everything was really dry—we got the chicken shawarma, falafel bowl, the lamb shish kabob, and pita. My fave was the side of Moroccan seafood soup. The service was great tho! Probs won’t be back

The food is truly delicious. They have a decent variety of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern food. Plenty of meat as well as vegetable choices. Everything we tried was awesome. Kind and friendly staff, too. I am so happy this place opened up so close to where I live.

First time here and the food was amazing. We had falafel for an appetizer and ordered their grilled combo for 2 people. With the combo we got a choice of a small salad or soup. I got the Greek salad and it was phenomenal. The grilled combo was super flavorful and the rice was amazing! Definately coming back soon.

Taza is a great Lebanese restaurant addition in the Madison area! The service is good and the food is delicious. My spouse and I ordered falafel and an Ultimate Mixed Grill for two and it was great. The proteins were perfectly seasoned and grilled very well. The meat wasn’t dry or overcooked – it was just right. The hummus was absolutely fantastic. We left Taza with full bellies and a new go to restaurant. It’s close to home, not terribly expensive and absolutely delish. We will definitely go back!

We had a variety of dishes and everyone liked what they ate! I had the lamb shank and it was delicious, falling off the bone. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and I think there’s something for the whole family because the menu is so deep! We sat outside, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere, but the service was courteous and attentive!

Their hummus, babaganoush chicken shawarma and beef shish kabob, both kinds of sounds (spinach with lentil and the creamy lentil) were A-Mazing! We will be back.

Absolutely fantastic! My friend & I couldn’t stop talking about the food for days. We loved the spinach lentil soup, the incredible hummus and pita bread & each of our entrees (stuffed artichoke for her & salmon with rice for me). Our waiter was a wonderfully charismatic & attentive young man. We can’t wait to return for lunch or another ladies night out!
