I placed an order online to be ready at 5:45: I arrived on time to pick up my order only to find out that an error was made and the pizza wasn’t fully cooked. The employees debated on giving me this cheese pizza that was cooked 20 minutes ago but I announced my presence and that thought ended quickly.

I would recommend choosing a different location, if you’re able to. The service here is just very poor. I’ve ordered delivery a couple times in recent months and the delivery times have gotten longer and longer (around 2 hrs!) which is just not worth it. Plus, when I call the store, I just sit on hold. It’s just not worth the hassle!

I’ve never experienced anything like I have today. I placed an online order at 6:51 pm. Est time was about 30 minutes or so. Typical, it’s Saturday, cool. I order from this same location at least twice a month. Today I waited almost 2 hrs for my food. I live in a 3 mile radius but no car at the moment due to the tornado. I called at least 4 times asking various questions, including me asking for the manager. The guy on the phone was playing around, arguing back and forth about how I pretty much don’t need the manager since my food was out for delivery. For almost 2 hrs… I demanded a refund and I was put on hold. I don’t know who you guys have working for you but the way things are these days, they’re lucky I couldn’t get up there!! Talk about angry. I haven’t eaten all day nor feeling well with no car. I’ll leave them alone for a while.

I placed an order on the app for pick up then received a call a few minutes later telling me that I couldn’t pick up the order. It was an employee named Tiara who told me I would need to edit my order on the app to change it to delivery. Once we got off the phone I attempted to change my order to delivery in the app, but was not able to figure out how or if I even am able to edit an order in the app. I called back and a different male employee answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and told him I wasn’t able to change the order to delivery so I would just like a refund. I could tell by his tone of voice he was frustrated and then told me “just come pick it up at this point.” I decided after he had a bad attitude and I no longer wanted to order from them. I called back just for them to hang up the phone immediately. Then we called back again Tiara answered and we were finally able to get a refund. Tiara stated she had already processed a refund after speaking with me when she initially called me. However, if she already processed a refund then why did she tell me to edit my order in the app to change it? The order was not refunded until immediately after the last phone call when we asked her to cancel the order entirely after both employees had poor attitudes.

Great pizza, we picked it up, but the card reader was broken and they failed to mention that on the phone. Would have changed our minds about where we went. Overall the employees really didn’t seem to understand my concerns about the problem presented by the broken reader.

I walked in to place an order the guy at the front cashier ask me my name and number. You then hear, no more orders from I’m assuming the manager he was white, short, wide, and bald at the top. The cashier was like I already put her in. The manager start to yell again “I’m trying to clear this shit”. Very rude and unprofessional!
