Was only passing thru Portland and had not planned to stop, but hunger took over and I happened to see the sign. The Greek burger was excellent…the toasted bun, seasoning, tzatziki sauce…so good! Staff was so nice and told me a little about the company. Will definitely go back!

Sub par experience. Overlooking the menu- we noticed a burger labeled (VG) called the UNCUT Burger. We ordered : UNCUT burger, on lettuce wrap, no cheese, no sauce, add avocado. This apparently ISNT the way to order. You are to pick a burger – then say what kind of meat. I thought that’s what I did… but the employee took me down another path. He MADE me order the falafel. So. You’ll need to order the Falafel burger then request the no bun, no sauce , etc. I expressed I wanted the UNCUT (VG) burger and he said the falafel is the same thing. Once again before I paid I asked “are you SURE this is the same thing? “YES.” Ok. Well clearly it’s not. Anyone with a phone can google “UNCUT burger” and see that it IS NOT the same thing as a falafel. Did they not have it? Was it sold out? Either way- you could of told me that instead of literally making me purchase something else. Now, let’s talk sides. There were no fries. So from my receipt it shows I am charged additional .79 to add a side other than traditional fries. I have to admit- the sweet potato fries were the best I have yet to have- and the falafel burger did taste good. Besides that- the point is it wasn’t what I ordered. The onion rings came as if they were fried too long (notice black on the rings) or they were fried twice. Maybe their fryer grease is dirty and needs to be cleaned/changed out? Either way, black onion rings. Picture one shows our order and the additional charges for everything. Pic 2, is what I received. The lettuce had molded parts where the lettuce was cracked – I had about 3 pieces of spinach & greens on it. That “smear” of avocado is what I paid .79 cents for. I could not believe that. I asked if this is what we get for .79 cents, and the waitress brought more over. She also brought over the mushrooms she forgot to add to my husbands order. Oh, thanks. The presentation of the burger lacks greatly being that they only sell burgers. The decor is also VERY minimal (seeing just 4 signs in total around the place) I also was not able to order just the burger and fries. The employee told me It was what came with. I did not want a meal. I wanted a burger and fries. But I was told I HAVE TO order the meal. I left the drink cups there as I did not want a drink. The employees customer service needs work as well. Thanks for the experience, it will be the last visit for us.

Terrible place! Do not waste your time there. They could not even fill my order correctly. I order a crispy chicken which the picture showed a full chicken patty. I only got a small chicken strip in the sandwich. Also when I called they cared less about how to handle this. I also told the young lady that we live far and won’t be able to come back. Poor service and lack of customer service! Not even worth the money I spent.

Very disappointing! From their advertising and menu everything looked really fantastic. Been looking for a quality burger and hoped this would be it. It is advertised as a 1/3 lb Angus burger, but looked no bigger than a McDonald’s 1/4 pounder to me, which by the way, I hate and never eat at McDonald’s. But think maybe I should have today. The burger was skimpy on everything. The tomato was 1 slice of Roma tomato. The burger was also was way overcooked. I asked for medium-rare, but they said they could only go down to medium. I got it well-done. If I hadn’t been so hungry, I would have sent it back. And their “fries” are actually like very thick potato chips, and undercooked. They were limp and soggy. And the burger & fry combo was over $10.00. Also, the cashier/server had a major attitude. Now I know why the location here in Corpus Christi went out of business so fast. Save you money and go elsewhere. I will not go back.

We were very disappointed. We ordered the Greek Lamb and Falafel burgers.. I originally wanted to order the Angus Beef burger and substitute the patty for an uncut patty but was told it was just a Falafel patty so, I went ahead and just order the falafel burger assuming it would be better that way. All I could taste was the lettuce and onion.. literally no flavor but the quality was good. I also ordered the styled fries with Garlic aioli, parm cheese and jalapenos but was missing the jalapenos. The sweet potato fries were good. I even got an extra side of fries just incase I didn’t like the styled fries and asked for those to be well done.. they were not but they were oversalted.. i tried to rub salt from those fries to my burger to help the flavor.. it didnt help much.

Burgers remind me so much of bull-chicks, awesome but, not forgotten. Fries are on point to that of boat n net fries, just needed the B-n-N tartar sauce to go along with the amazing fries. The onion rings were way over done, though the taste is very reminiscent of Long John Silvers batter. In all pretty neat, I look forward to my next meal, perhaps I’ll dine in, the atmosphere and appearance are stellar.

on early August 2019 me and my friend ordered takeout for burgers and fries to my buddies house, at the time this was my first time trying food from this place. Ive seen some of their ads a few years before on YouTube before this place went up in Portland, at times I was curious how the burger outcome would be. They serve their burgers in various different type of bread burger buns. I had the Greek Lamb burger with sweet potato fries and my buddy had two Falafel burgers one for him and one for his wife. I may have to say the burger and fries choice I chose was not to my taste buds at the time but my friends wife loved the Falafel burger. I took a piece of it and I was in a way impressed by it. Then in around early September we dined in with some friends after church during the afternoon. The atmosphere inside is a bit cozy with the booth seating, I do like the idea of the digital coke soda fountain. Well at that moment the burger I ordered was the cowboy, I liked the sandwich it has been a long time I’ve tried it, I may to say that we all liked our orders to some degree. But my mom’s sandwich which was the falafel may have been the favorite. After the end we came with the conclusion that the locations price menu is good but not all the time someone would eat there. Due to the fact that they’re consider to serve gourmet burgers, in comparison to a normal fast food franchise it’s possible that’s why it’s so pricey and somewhat good

The Greek burger or lamb burger or whatever they call it is amazing. I order it just about everytime I go in. I always call it a lamb burger they know what I want lol. Its usually quiet when I go in and they service is attentive to my needs wants and desires. I love splurging and eating here when I get a chance.
