We had a great experience, but we went inside and ate. Employees were nice and food was good and hot. This location is probably the cleanest Taco Bell in America. We’ve been to many different locations in different cities and states. Super clean place. Haven’t tried the drive thru or to go ordering from here. The location closest to where we live is not clean at all, so we drive a bit and eat at this one.

I went through the drive thru , I was looking at the menu as I wanted a crunchy tacos, saw on the menu board that they had chipotle chalupas, when the lady taken the order said “are you ready in not a nice way , mind you nobody was behind me. When I pulled to the window I asked the cashier about the chalupas , I told him I took a pic , he said that they don’t have everything that’s in the menu. That’s strange though.

The lady manager working here is very rude and don’t care for walkin customers. It was apparent that she did not want to work. We wanted to pay cash but refused to take our order and forced us to use the kiosk. We had a question about an item and she would not look at us to answer our question. I had to shout to get her attention. We are regulars but we will not be coming here again. Terrible service.

Took a minute for our food to be done. I ordered nachos and a cheese gordita crunch and it looked awful and there were only 4 chips with cheese and I have so many dry chips left. I decided to get taco bell for dinner after not eating all day and yeah.. super upset.

I usually order at drive-thru. But this time, I went inside since it not busy. And no cars parked outside to indicate that it was. I almost thought it was closed but it was not. Anyway, as I approached the counter I see no one. I hear talking and see someone in the kitchen. But no one acknowledges me or even pokes head to see if there was a customer. At this point, I let them know, I am here ✋ by saying “Hi!”…the 2 people that were behind the drink machine closest to the drive thru window come out. The lady walks up and takes my order. But still look like I interrupted their conversation. For being so slow and no sign of a customer, except for myself. The employees need to be more attentive or atleast, aware at all times for signs of customers walking up to the counter to order. Anyway, hope this helps.

Dharmesh was pretty rude. He is need to learn how to represent Taco Bell, they give this much nacho fries twice, but if you see picture it’s really filled up. Very bad service, food was delayed too, even though there was no customer.

drive thru cashier Barnardo s he’s rude and disrespectful. If you don’t have patience to listen to customers order then just quite your job. There were no cars behind us and when we went to register window he was using phone. We are paying for food not asking for free. Learn customer service
