Husband and I went through the drive thru Monday night. Line was long but it moved quickly. Sometimes you have to wait for something and this time we didn’t. A classic pepperoni was fresh out of the oven and as good as $6 pizza can get. Girl at the window was pleasant as well.

Ordered ahead by phone, went thru the drive thru window and paid. ($16.00 +) Drove 15 minutes home only to find out that my pizza order was made wrong and WAY WAY under cooked! Tried for over a half hour to call the store and nobody would answer. Drove 15 minutes back to show them my pizza was disgusting and raw. The 4 young ladies working had VERY poor attitudes and acted rudely and would not identifie who I was speaking with and were dismissive and had very poor attitudes. Manager on duty -Madison- acted like I was putting them out to remake my pizza, asked who the store manager was and was given a flippant answer of “it’s Greg and he won’t be back till Friday”! Waited another 20 minutes for my pizza to be remade which was took home and shared. It’s now 3:00 am as I write this and everyone who has had a slice has become violently ill, even the dog who was given crusts! I suspect “something” was done to the pizza to make us sick and these girls are being vindictive and spiteful! Better be careful of what you order and who is making it! If you like to be treated like garbage, spoke to rudely, and have the worst pizza experience ever? By all means continue to patronize this business! I will be filing a complaint with Corporate Office and making it a point to bring what’s left of this NASTY Pizza to the Store Managers attention! Plus I’m stopping payment on the card! My advise? Go get Dominoe or Pizza Hut, Papa Johns! We will NEVER shop here again and encourage our Family,Friends,Neighbors and Co-Workers to do the same!

We went through the drive-through. We tried to get 2 pepperoni and 1 cheese pizza. The woman informed us there would be a wait for the cheese pizza. We tried to just get all 3 as pepperoni pizzas. She then informed us that she does have 3. She just isn’t allowed to give out 3 pizas through the drive-through. What?? So, heads up, there is a 2 pizza limit. She tried to tell us this all Little Caesars doing this. Well, I have been to many others, and this is the only one that claims that nonsense. We had to go inside to get our pizza. So, what’s the point of the drive-through. I am very disappointed.

I ordered slices and stix on my latest visit. I was told it would be about ten min and I was ok with that. About 10 or so min I went back in and they never put my order in. They told me they were going to put it in at the moment and said, ten min. I asked could I get a soda for the mishap and was offered a 20oz. When I got home, I don’t know if I was given someone else’s order or they just was very generous with the cheese but, it seemed like it was a special order of extra cheese. All in all, I enjoyed the pizza and my daughter enjoyed the cheese sticks.

Multiple times now I order online or call ahead and my food is almost never ready at this lugoff Little Ceasars. Even if its “hot and ready” I’ve called ahead and my food wasn’t ready. I’m currently still waiting for an order I placed online over an hour ago. I arrived right on time for my pickup which was 20 min ago now. Still waiting and now I’m late for the party. My pizzas , the part that was ready on time, has been sitting outside of the warming oven since i got here so I’m sure they will be soggy and cold. Thanks for the poor customer service. Hopefully my food,whatever we’re holding on, will be ready soon. At least they gave me time to write this review.
