I tipped and person was nice! But! If someone orders the boneless chicken, PLEASE don’t give them an inedible bites of dried out chicken covered in bbq sauce! Gross and disgusting. Won’t be back and no tips because why tip for bad food beforehand.

I sat in a stall for 25 minutes and had to push the button to order 5 times and still never had anybody take my order. Every car that pulled up after me while I sat here ordered, got their food, and left. I finally just left. This is the worst customer service I have ever had at a sonic in my life. Finally after waiting for 35 minutes and pushing the button 2 more times I just gave up and left. I will never go back to this one again and will not recommend them either.

Went to get my favorite shake, the real banana one. It came and tasted like vanilla. Paged them to say they sent vanilla, replaced with same thing, the young lady told me they no longer use bananas but flavor instead. Got my money back. Sonic you advertise REAL banana shake but it’s not. No more sonic for me

Very disappointed with this location and corporate Sonic ! Beware if you order on the app, they will steal money from you!!! On 2/2/2023, I ordered $51.00 worth of food through the Sonic app and paid using the app. When I went to pick up my food, one of the car hops came to my car and told me that they were unable to cook my food due to mechanical issues in the kitchen. I asked for a refund since I was not getting my food, and I was told that the store could not refund me the money since I ordered through the app. They couldn’t even give me a store credit or a gift card. They told me I would have to call the number to the Sonic app and request a refund that way, which I did before I even left the parking lot. The person I spoke to on the app took my information and told me I would be credited the $51 to my bank account within 10 business days. So, on day 10, I called the app number again because my money was not credited back to my account. They said since it was above $50 dollars they had to turn it over to upper management and wait another 10 business days. Then after ten more days, nothing has happened still. I have called numerous times since then to the app number and corporate and no one will put me through to a manager. They just take down my information and say some one will contact me. It is now March 8th and nothing has been done about this- no call back, no money. So, beware of spending more than 50 dollars on the app, because you won’t get money back! We use to love going to Sonic, but not anymore! We will not be going back to this Sonic or any Sonic location!

You guys seriously need new employees. I ordered two ice creams for me and my mom and as we were eating it, we found five pieces of plastic gridded up with the ice cream they were sharp and I have no idea if I swallowed some or not or if my mom did I have a few questions one what employee grind up plastic in a ice cream and still give it to the customer to show me a manager or something that would catch this kind of thing before it gets to the customer plastic is poisonous to humans, the plastic varied from small to big pieces and not to mention, it could hurt my internal organs if it’s too sharp
