Came in to your location today (8/10) at noon and was treated very poorly by the expo girl. She brought us our food, 30 wings, pickles and fries with no plates or forks with 3 kids at the table. I asked her to please bring plates and forks and she acknowledged my request but never brought them out. 10 minutes go by and still nothing with my starving kids waiting very patiently. I go back into expo and she’s standing there with her phone on the counter. I said “did you forget about me?” She told me it was not her job to bring me plates and that she was only one person and couldn’t help me at the moment because she was boxing a to go order but she wasn’t when I came around the corner. I asked her to hand me a couple plates and forks and she said she couldn’t even though there was countless stacks of plates sitting right there. Then she said she couldn’t grab me those plates without going back into the kitchen when they were within arms reach. The amount of time she spent arguing with me she could have brought me the plates out to my table 3 times over. When I told her such she once again reiterated that it was not her job to bring me plates and that she was busy. Then the host came around the corner and asked what was wrong. He reached over grabbed me the plates that were sitting right there in front of the girl and handed them to me, He even put the brown paper on the individual plates for me like a respectful team player employee. Zero complaints and it didn’t even take him 30 seconds. The expo girl refused to give me her name so I could put it in this complaint but she was a young Asian girl with long hair in a clip. Incredibly rude. I am a server myself of over 10 years so I know how hectic and busy restaurant life is however you never say “that’s not my job” you assist your fellow coworkers when you can and always help the customers. Our server was phenomenal and the host was very helpful. I’ll drive to Lincoln to eat at Buffalo Wild Wings before I revisit your location.

I kept receiving emails from BWW about the Buffalo Chicken sandwich and it looked so good I had to try it. What I got was a sad imitation. I had to lift off the top bun to even see the chicken! For the first time, I left a restaurant hungry.

Forgot part of our order, messed up part of our order, and after that was pretty much absent the rest of the time. We had to get up and chase down a staff member for a refill on drinks. The whole experience made us feel like they couldn’t be bothered. Won’t be coming back.

Food was fine. Server was fine. But the 3 servers (2 male, 1 female) kept bickering next to our table about the tables they were serving. The 3 of them didn’t want to take on more tables (each had 2-3 tables) and they were arguing in the middle of the dinning room. Was really awkward. Not a great experience. 4/13 around noon

Ordered takeout at 6:00 on 5/16/23 to be picked up at 7:00. Arrived on time and was told food would be right out. People kept coming in after us and got their food before us. When we asked about our order we were again told it was being bagged up. Another 7 minutes goes by and we had enough. Amazingly when we said we wanted to cancel the order, then our food came out. No apologies or nothing for being 25 minutes late on an order that we put in an hour ahead of time. Never again. Terrible customer service.

My family and I arrived on a Friday night about 5pm. When we enter the sign said seat yourself. We sat at a booth. About 15 minutes went by and nobody had come by or greeted us. Finally I went into the bar area to ask for some service and the gal behind the bar said she would send someone over. Didn’t apologize didn’t offer a drink nothing…. I sat back down and we waited. Place wasn’t busy there was about 3-4 tables was all. It was still early for a dinner rush. After we sat for another 10-15 minutes with NOBODY coming over to talk to us we left! Completely ridiculous!! I understand being short staffed but a simple hey guys I’ll be there as soon as I can goes a long way! Insane you would let a table sit 30 minutes!!! With no greeting at all!!!

When I walked in, the sign said, “Please seat yourself.” As I attempted to do so, I found every table to be dirty. Finally, I just sat at a table. After placing my order, I had to ask the server if she would please wipe down my table. As there was visible trash, ring marks from glasses, and a stickiness all over the table. She did promptly, and in fact, she provided great service receiving a corresponding tip.
